"Generational roaches, mold in the showers Frequent ATF raids, homeless breaking into a “secured” building. Tons of issues with people stealing/breaking into cars. Aggressive dog issues. Aggressive neighbor issues. Work orders are ignored. They force tenants to live in unsanitary conditions for ridiculous prices, and consistently say you have not paid rent or are late on rent to swindle you out of more money. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would."
"We have tried for about 8 months to get a dishwasher that works and we have been ignored completely. The guy comes in, looks at our dishwasher and says it works and leaves. It DOES NOT WORK. we were promised a new dishwasher if we signed another lease in may but still nothing. This place has roaches everywhere and we have tried multiple times to get it fixed. They send someone to "spray" once a month but no matter how big of a problem we say it is, they wont do anything else. Also despite calling to be placed on a list for that spray they continue to miss almost every other month. We are using our own bombs and essential oils to try and keep them away. TL;DR The roaches are horrible, the maintenance guy is literally incompetent. Yall suck and we pay you every month for what, exactly?"
"This is literally the worst place I've ever lived. Roaches, bedbugs, dead neighbors. The maintenance person is always drunk, and is also in charge of money. and steals it. People get evicted for no reason. I dont know who got paid to write a 5 star review of this place, but with the time-line of when it was posted I would assume it was the new girl in the front office. There was a shooting here less than a month ago! I would reconsider if you plan to live here....."
"The management does not care for tenants. They are only interested in your money and how to rip you off. Work orders are ignored. Always save your rent payment receipts because this is how they take your money and try to evict you."
"I lived here for 4 years and management was so quick to answer any concerns that I had. The building was always clean interior and exterior. Maintenance was always friendly and prompt. I would recommend this building to family and friends."
