"You can’t get plumbers over here to do anything. My neighbors kitchen sink has had a problem for over 2 months, and it smells so bad. It is now sealing the smell in my apt. And NOBODY answers their phone to fix anything. You could call the old landlords and they would be there that day or the next. The poor lady is in her 70s, and she hasn’t pd her rent until they fix it. You would think they want their money."
"Jennifer is wonderful and goes above and beyond. The property is a good deal for the price and the residents are friendly and welcoming. Overall the community is nice, not a lot of excessive noise or disturbances from neighbors. The units are simple and basic but affordable and maintained. Highly recommend it here."
