"I am moving to Colorado from another state. I have always been scared to live in an apartment due to people not being to clean. I found these apartments on Facebook and Mrs. Stephanie reached back out to me to set up a tour. She was so sweet. Mrs. Jessica is the one who did the tour with me and my friend. She was so cheery and talked so great about the place. The apartments are very nice, the few people we did see that either worked there or lived were super friendly. Jessica is probably the most amazing employee I have ever seen. Her hospitality is what caught my eye on the apartment. Highly recommend living here."

"The office employees are the most friendliest and caring people, I just don’t think that is the same with the construction/contractor side. Employees who operate the green heavy duty forklift on their phone in the middle of the road not paying any attention is a concern. Contractors/construction employees parking in resident parking is becoming an issue. New residents blocking in other residents with semi truck is also happened to me twice. I think that parking is just the biggest issue, and I don’t believe that 150 for a small garage is affordable for most with what we are currently paying. Sorry just not much of a fan of walking 4 minutes every time to get to my apartment."

"The staff and their responsiveness are one of my favorite things about this property. It’s quiet for the most part and the neighborhood is friendly. While some of our amenities are still in the works, they’re looking pretty great. One complaint I think most residents would agree with is the SEVERE lack of parking. Especially will moving trucks blocking us in, construction crews taking up multiple spots, and the huge amount of space garages take up where parking spots could be. I think it’s safe to say majority of the garages are unoccupied due to the higher cost (150/mo) and finding an open spot after 6pm within a reasonable distance is unlikely. This coupled with the road’s numerous potholes makes parking a decently large issue. Otherwise, this property is great!"

"Our experience has been a very good one. The transition of our move was made easy by Jessica she has been so patient and helpful, ready to answer any questions, whether big or small. We have really appreciated it. Anytime we've had a maintenance issue it has always been taken care of immediately which is something we haven't been used to at our previous residences. Thank you Jessica and the Cortland Rockrimmon team for making our experience a success."

"Had to delete my previous review of 5 stars. Since Norma has left, seems issues don’t get resolved with management. I’d give Tina the maintenance person 5 stars because she is quick with whatever issues occur. I work from home and every day I see the same people letting their dog use the restroom in front of my unit. I’ve voiced that I can’t even open my doors or windows because of the smell of poop and urine. When reporting to management the response you get is, “it’s greenery and they are able to use the restroom on it”. And a back up response, “specially Boys, they use the bathroom on everything”. Sadly they said they will have Tina just pick it up and I don’t think that’s right. I can’t enjoy opening my windows or even looking outside without seeing this multiple times daily being done. I even said something to the person doing it that their dog using the bathroom there is not ok, and their response was, “yea I know.”"
