"We’ve been here a little past the 6 month mark and it continues to get better as the community grows. We’re very happy with how issues are handled, how attentive staff is, and the overall feel of the place. Units are spacious enough for us and the ability to get a garage really makes a huge difference. Great place to live!"

"Apartments are really nice. I have a bit of a problem though. In fact, three problems. First off (not the owners fault, but whoever is providing the internet), the internet provider really does not provide internet. I have to pay about $90 a month and I don't have choice but to buy the internet. $90 for Wi-Fi that barely works. It goes out randomly, or just is really slow in general. The second thing, (which I know isn't the owners fault, but rather the builders being cheap) There is no insulation in the complex. Light bill is about $150 a month. We can feel the draft of the wind through the windows sometimes. The third thing is the design. EVERY door besides the front door to the apartment itself is a dark blue. Aside from those issues, this complex is great! A beautiful view in a great location. Also, the owners are really nice."

"LOVE living at the Marq! The mountain view from here is so gorgeous. Super convenient location for my commute. Alex in the office is terrific and Jim always takes great care of maintenance with a smile. Highly recommend!"

"The complex is nice, but getting dirty quickly as more people begin to fill up this small complex. The building hallways are accumulating dirt and animal hair making it lose its hotel luxury feel. It hasn't been vacuumed since earlier in the summer when we first signed the lease. Some of the same dirt is present as weeks ago. We walked past dog poop on the sidewalk which isn't appealing. The dog park is filled with poop. The trash area is also spilling over with trash. It's a nice community aesthetically, but quickly is declining because of the way the community is kept. I hope this improves. Also a heads up, if you work from home, you will NOT be able to get your own internet service. You will be dependent on their service. It was terrible last month, but has since been fixed and is working more consistently. Great location."

"Update 8/24/23: (The Internet is back up today and appears to be stable, we should make sure there are fail-safes in place to prevent these issues from reoccurring, this could be extra wifi controllers and access points onsite with 24 hour repair for outages. Victoria and the team have been very empathetic and understanding on the issue and it was resolved in a semi-timely manner. Just know that the Internet is included here and there unfortunately isn't an option to sign up for your own plan. Speeds vary from 100-200mbps. The owners should still try to make a deal with Xfinity/CenturyLink so the residents that want their own much faster internet plan can do so) 06/2023: (From start to finish Victoria and the team there made moving in a breeze! The community and surroundings are absolutely beautiful and the apartment is like a luxury hotel! I'm super excited for the pool to open! Great location and easy to access grocery/fast food/ organic grocery in walking distance. 5 stars!!! Thank you.)"
