Springs at Allison Valley Apartments

"I regret to say that my experience living at Springs at Allison Valley was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I moved in, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority for the management. Let's start with the pool area, which was infested with ants. They were everywhere, ruining any chance of relaxation or enjoyment. Additionally, the siding and windows of the building were disgustingly dirty, showing a complete lack of maintenance and care from the management. I encountered not one, but several black widow spiders within and outside of my own apartment. Upon moving out, I took extra care to ensure that the apartment was left in pristine condition. We even went as far as thoroughly cleaning and shampooing the carpets. However, our efforts were in vain as we were hit with a barrage of move out charges. Management's attitude was uncooperative, refusing to negotiate. In the end, we were slapped with nearly $800 in move out charges. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and management make it a place to avoid. I would try the Overlook apartments across the street."

"Apartments are decent and a good size, and I like that they have options with an attached garage. Only downfall, is that the walls are on the thinner side and their water heaters are eco. So, if you are a household more than 2 sharing one bathroom it is going to be a little cold. Other than that, I would say I enjoyed my stay here."

"Moving to Springs at Allison Valley was a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely easy to work, friendly, and on top of it. They made moving less stressful! The community and amenities are amazing. People are friendly and the environment is welcoming. The property is well maintained and my kids thoroughly enjoy it as well. It’s great for families! "Great place to live, very dog friendly and accommodating! The views are amazing. The staff is all really nice and are quick to make changes or help with anything you need. The inside of the apartment is nice and feels cozy. AC/heat works immediately. The pool feels more private compared to other complexes in the area. The gym could use a few more pieces of equipment to create a more challenging workout environment. (I work as a personal trainer, so I think about these things) but overall, not bad. Great walking paths nearby, and close to king soupers and sprouts. Highly recommend!"
