"I have to give Regina a HUGE shout-out! Not only is she the best, most professional and attentive property manager I’ve ever encountered, she also really cares about the tenants. The property itself is very well maintained. If I’ve had an issue it got resolved within 24 hours or less. I’m a mom with a young daughter, and we both felt cared for and comfortable at all times. All in all we loved the apartment and would recommend to anyone!"

"Okay couple things. As a black woman I did not feel comfortable in this place of living. -The amenities are always under maintenance, so there’s never full use of the property. -The walls are thin so expect to hear your neighbor say bless you when you sneeze. -Poor ventilation. Bedroom is gonna be a sauna. -they will try to charge you for other dog poop. About $100 -no cameras in the parking lot even though it’s been requested and there are A LOT of break-ins in the area. They have been asked for cameras Now the staff. Austin, Christian, and Ignacio are great and straight to the point. Regina is racist. I have documented the emails I’ve sent but she only answers my spouse. I will cc him in emails I’ve sent to her so we can both get the response and she will only answer him (A white male). I don’t say any of these things lightly. I tried to just kill her with kindness but it was apparent she was going out of her way to make me uncomfortable. I’ve been in customer service 13 years and I definitely know the standards of professionalism. I really want people to understand there are plenty of properties in Colorado Springs where you won’t feel like you’re livelihood or safety are in question. -They aren’t in the practice of maintaining the property very well. -They don’t always give notice for maintenance checks. -Poop bags were supposed to be provided and weren’t timely until we brought it up in response to almost being charged for dog poop we didn’t pick up. We have a mini dachshund and the poop was bigger than him but we had to pick it up even to not be charged. I’ve let the other property managers know and try to just deal with Austin. She’s really cool but Regina just gives issues and is super judgmental. She said “you people always bring bugs with you” and I kept getting “you peopled.” So I just tried to take any of my concerns to Austin. Update** I can tell Regina replied to this post by the passive aggressive comment left on the post about the collections that wasn’t mentioned. Which by the way is a release of information I did not consent to. But she and her office my not have proof but I do. Pray with me don’t play with me. How do other tenants have the same reviews if you have no record of the incidents? Your other tenants have the same concerns in these same reviews on google. Make more sense. Our concerns of safety, privacy, and communication should not be over looked and neither should the people that call your property home."

"Be aware they charge a lot of money when you move out. they charged me almost $350 for excluding lease break fee that i paid because i was moving to other city. They charged like $150 cleaning fee, $50 paint and few more things, we kept apartment clean and nice while moving out and asked them about it and they told they charge this to everyone. we lived in that apartment for almost 3 years. if you looking to stay long term please do not go to this property, they will keep increasing your rent every time, they will offer same apartments to new tenants at lower price, so if you have stuff and don't like moving again and again don't move there. community looks nice and clean but dog park is very dirty, breezeways are dirty. Apartment construction quality is really bad you can literally hears other people talking in their apartment from your room .quality of paint is also really bad. Also they charge a lot of fees like common area water and electricity along with rent so that comes around $100 so you should consider your rent as $100 higher. also they have shortage of car parking .you have to struggle a lot if you come late night. basically they charges a lot and they give nothing in the name of facility, except quick maintenance ."

"I resided at the Volta apartments for around 6 months. The only reason why I left was because I had to move for the military. I must say, the apartment I had was perfect. Marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, LVT flooring and it came with washers and dryers already in the apartment. It is a very affordable complex and in the most prime location around. Within a mile each way you go, you have Scheels, all the dining you can think of, wine bars, and shopping. However, the biggest thing I would like to talk about is the Assistant community manager, Regina Kurak!!!! She helped me with any issue I ever had. She is a bubbly and caring person and I always enjoyed running into her. She truly was the greatest."
