"Rooms were nice, quiet, didn’t smell moldy or smoky. I got a Reservation & discount with direct booking. Then gave the Man at the Front Desk a holler to confirm. He did so. Not to mention he ran upstairs & turned the Heat on before I got there. So that was very appreciated. Especially since it was about 20 degrees out & I’m from way down South. They also serve a Continental Breakfast. However Y’all need to get there early(5:30 AM) because it’s gone quick!"

"All together pretty decent hotel. Rooms were nice bed was comfortable and although they do not allow pets had no problem with my service dog. Only negative I saw was breakfast they put out food and had no plates to even put out. I don’t know if they expected people to eat out of the serving dishes or what."

"This is honestly the worst hotel ever! After moving rooms 3 times due to plumbing problems and blood stained sheets and personal belongings being left in the drawers etc, we finally stayed the night. There was blood on the carpet and an awful smell in all the rooms. The heaters also stunk like they were burning. We woke up very early and went for breakfast. The waffle iron was not working, there was no bread etc...no eggs, only one carton of milk and the dining area was dirty. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but due to the terrible conditions we had to find somewhere else to stay. We spoke to the front desk and they completely understood and were embarrassed by the state of the hotel. I asked for a refund and I was told that I would have to call Monday morning. I have tried no less than 15 times to call and no one answers. My friend who was traveling with me finally got a hold of them and she was told we had to go through the booking agency for a refund. Expedia could not get in touch with them either. So as of now we have had no refund. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It is disgusting! The pictures are very misleading."
