"If I could rate this company a 0 I would! I would not recommend renting with this company they do not handle maintenance requests in a timely matter. My window was broken for 2 years prior to finally being repaired after making numerous attempts to reach out to management and was avoided and ignored. Now that I have finally vacated the Premises back in October did the walk through with the assistant manager Brandy was advised my deposit would take UP TO 60 days to be refunded and I have yet to receive my refund but they had no problem renting out the apartment not even a month after I was gone and its currently March!!!. I was a resident for over 3 years and never late on my rent INCLUDING DURING COVID and yet I still can't get a resolution nor will they communicate a with me. ONCE AGAIN I WILL ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN RENTING WITH THIS COMPANY DONT!!"

"I lived here for 2 years, my first year was great. Amazing management, no loud neighbors. Second year was HORRIBLE. We got new Upstairs neighbors, they were loud and would bang on the floor all hours of the night (good luck whoever moves in to building 2.) the place turned dirty, renters dig through trash. There was trash everywhere, kids fighting outside, cops always roaming around. When the pool is opened kids were in there without swimsuits, climbing on fences. Just HORRIBLE. When I wanted to move to a 3 bedroom which was available I emailed management just in November never heard back and had to end my lease. Only good thing about these apartments was maintenance they were all so nice and got the job done the 2 stars is for them!"

"I love being here. The only problem I have is the dog poop. Maintenance cleans it but there is so much of it he can’t see it all and some people come across the street to let their dog use it then don’t pick it up"

"This apartment started out good until they changed the management 2 time and now it's a nightmare to live here. The whole office staff is rude especially the new manager and the new leasing agent. I absolutely hate living here and can't wait until my lease is up. If you can stay away it's not worth the headache!!!"
