"These people are ridiculous they have more excuses than you can count on both hands and feet, they judge you instantly from the moment you turn your application in and have you waiting for either a couple months or over a year and never reach out with updates and there favorite excuse is that have applications older than yours they still haven't touched and that they have to move other residents around. You can't never get them on the phone and they won't answer emails trying to avoid people. The worse part of it all is I feel like there racist because everyone that I physically seen getting approved to move in and working in the office are not colored people. These people disgust me if you wanna have a hard time getting in and hearing unnecessary excuses and these people trying to scare you into not moving to there property this is the place for you. How is this supposed to be affordable housing when you judge and nitpick and deny those you don't want here and reaching out to corporate doesn't even really do anything you call them and get like 3% of progress to turn around and be avoided even more until they happily call or email that you've been denied so it's like there condoning these people behavior."

"I turned my application in August of 2023. I spent several months playing chase with Frank trying to find out what was going on with my application. He avoided my phone calls text messages. He would ask me to meet him at different locations and he would never be there. He kept making excuses as to why my application never got processed. My application got passed to 4 people. I had to call the corporate office and make a complaint to get him to process my application. I got word from an employee there that they was moving family members in before they even touched other applications. He is picking who he wants to live there. From the beginning he has tried to discouraged us from applying. My daughter calls today about her application and mention me and all of a sudden I get a denial with no reason or explanation as to why. He denied me because we have been complaining about our treatment. But in all I haven't seen one person that looks like me being moved into this property. That says alot. If anyone else is having this experience please call corporate!!"

"At this point I'm frustrated! I filled out my application in January and haven't heard anything back. I've been calling leaving messages and emailing, I've even driven out there and no response!! Is anyone actually trying to fill these apartments or what? Smh."
