Maintenance is ALWAYS taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff always listens and acknowledges anything and everything. I cannot say enough good things."

"Incline 45 receives 5/5 by far, when I first moved in they had a great special that was to offer. I love the fact that it was quick and easy to move in , not to mention the helpful staff throughout my whole process. I truly admire the location of Incline45 , it offers many nearby choices for food, commerce stores for groceries and great trail to walk with my dog., Dog friendly! Quiet place and great neighbors in my building. Feel very safe and love all the amenities! All of the staff is friendly and helpful and is super fast answering to any concerns or questions to the best they can . I like that Incline45 has controlled entrance throughout the property including the buildings which makes me feel secure. This complex cares about its residents and it shows! "I’ve been living in the community for 3 years and like any place it’s not perfect, but it’s way better than what I’ve experienced from other complexes in the past. I appreciate the maintenance staff being timely with repairs, although I’ve been lucky to have relatively few issues with appliances, lighting, plumbing, etc. The office staff in my time at the complex has been helpful on any concerns and issues. Emery in particular has always been friendly, approachable, and honest in the office and out in the complex."
