"WORST PLACE EVER!!!! The worst manager and staff imaginable!!! I have a baby and the AC has been out since July! I constantly called the “emergency” number and nothing went to the office and they just give you the run around never fixing anything! The manager is always “busy” and is never available to help at all, she is the worst manager imaginable! The apartment was never cleaned when we moved in and they didn’t care. Neighbors here smoke weed and without a working AC the smell drifts into the apartment, I have let the office know multiple times that I have a baby and the weed smell is seeping down but they don’t care. They claim remodeled and it’s a lie!! Rather waste our rent money painting the buildings then fixing the over 50 apartments without AC for a year now! Don’t move here! Anywhere else but here! Worst manager!!! Worst company!!!! Worst apartments!!! Run!!!"
"No AC for 1 week in the middle of August. My apartment is 88°. They don't consider HVAC issues an emergency. One week backlog. Ridiculous."
"Please do not rent here. Management does not care. Buildings have roaches, leaks, shoddy wiring, only one washer and dryer for each building. Two people were shot by cops in the parking lot, windows smashed, trash everywhere….idk where all the 1 star reviews went, if they are paying google or just making new websites each time they get a bad one but I have left reviews like this before and now can’t find mine….sketchy"
"Khadija is the most helpful person in management always listen to my problem and fix it faster as she can I recommend anybody who wants help go to her , I had try to transfer to another apartment she’s only one how help me with that."
