"Typical apartment rip off. Dated unit. $200 administration fee that wasn't disclosed at time of application or when I visited in person. Lease agent was off several days. Unable to view an apartment like the one I intend to lease. So it's a blind lease kind of situation. No cell service in complex. I asked the leasing agent about this. Parking lot has spaces that were unusable due to standing water. This apartment is NOT worth $1440 but what options are there? None, but this property management company will definitely take advantage and squeeze everything out of you."

"I lived here for a year. It was okay. People here smoke marihuana and let off fireworks during the day at random times. Marihuana is legal but it should be treated like alcohol or cigarettes, time and place. Some sketchy people walk around here at night as well. There is no police presence or patrols, but that’s the whole area. I can’t blame law enforcement with the way Denver votes though. You’ll see cars with expired tags and even license plates from foreign countries. It makes you question whether the $8 that you are paying a month are actually doing anything. There is no assigned parking which makes paying that money even worse. I had to park close to the office to find parking or to get a spot with street lights. That’s another thing; no cameras, no outside lights, and no security. Buy yourself a club for your car if you do move here. Also cars take up two spots for some reason which again will make you park far away. These apartments are the cheapest of the bunch in the area so it is expected to see this type of behavior from people. The apartment was good though. Maintenance does a good job at fixing things in a timely manner. The walls are pretty thick unless a baby is crying. Washer and dryer are great to have inside too and appliances were good. Overall it was okay."

"This Apartment complex has been one of the best places I’ve lived. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the highway. Staff was great. I’m sad to say I left this area. If I could I would move back."

"I lived here for just over 3.5 years. During my time I witnessed gun violence, day time car thefts, and worst of all discrimination of residents by staff. The units have roofs with unpatched holes, ours became home to rodents who nestled from attic level to below waist level within the walls. Denver FD was called multiple times for faulty smoke detectors, which were never replaced. The property manager, Jordan Rosenberg, admitted to marking maintenance issues as complete while they were not. Management consistently uses racial, and sexual preference to discriminate openly and harass residents. Using derogatory comments etc. routinely, while maintenance staff violate property rules and simultaneously report residents for the same infractions. If you enjoy harassment, black mold, faulty wiring, and fecal matter from rodent infestations falling out of your AC ducts then by all means choose Parkfield. As for this disabled veteran, I would rather be homeless again, the living conditions are better."

"They have improved a lot since I moved in the painted apartment, which is good. The dog park is still a thumb down aha I'm sorry could be better but there's a few near by park not to far , the amazon locker could improved better or better security cause I literally have to rush home or keep a eye out on my package cause my things got stolen before but any that's important you might wanna get P.O box which is sad cause the people here steals, and I wish the can hire security that can patrol at night . Cause I heard a few people got their cars broken into . I'm making a updated review on Halloween one of my cars got stolen and when I try calling the leasing office cause I was told when I moved that they have security patrol They don't like we pay alot of money here I shouldn't worry about my car being stolen and THE LEASING OFFICE NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE AT ALL WHICH IS SO CRAZY TO ME LIKE YALL NEED TO HIRE OVER NIGHT SECURITY SO PEOPLE DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THERE CARS I'm very disappointed in how thing is at Parkfield if I could I will tell who's every reading this do your homework on this place if I could give this place 0 star I will"
