"I had maintenance for this apartment and they had fixed everything that was needed, I love this place and yes it is so vibrant and not clutter with other apartments it's clearly clean and I am glad to be here to call it home."

"I have been living at the community for a few years now. I really enjoy my space. I recently placed a maintenance order for a few cosmetic repairs and all were addressed within 24hrs. Michael Noble was my maintenance tech and he did phenomenal. He was quick and efficient, he respected my home, pets and space and was very friendly. My house feels brand new all over again."

"The maintenance staff are incredible! They have addressed all our concerns same day or if it was the weekend, on Monday morning (if non urgent). They are kind, courteous, hard working and always clean up before they leave. They are the best maintenance we’ve had so far in any rental that we’ve lived in."

"Affordable is about the only great thing to say about this complex. There needs to be a better screening process to move in here. Some of my neighbors are great! Like myself just trying to afford a decent place to live. Some of them…. Well you decide. 1st its a non smoking community, however there are tenants who smoke and leave cigarette butts all over. I have come home to pot smoke and cigarette smoke in the stairwells. There is dog poop everywhere. It’s absolutely ridiculous that people have no regard for others. There is big dog poop next to the waste station, WHERE FREE WASTE BAGS ARE PROVIDED. On occasion the waste station is full and so a trip to the dumpster is required. Every other complex I have lived in, had the maintenance crew walking the grounds and cleaning up dog poop and trash. Not here. Then there is the trash area, that apparently some lazy people feel the bag of trash is close enough to the dumpster but does need to be thrown in. Along with disgusting mattresses and furniture. The trash ends up all over the dumpster area, making it gross to walk near. The complex sent out notice that the property would be power washed, about 5 months ago. I’m still waiting, as it desperately needs it. My refrigerator has been waiting for repairs for over 2 months. Its under warranty, so a tech came out, over 2 months ago. I was told 3 possible parts to repair the problem were ordered and it would take 2 weeks. Finally at the 2 month mark, I was left a voice mail it would be fixed. Well they came, a new tech ordered a part and here it is another 2 weeks later and my fridge is still broken. But at least they brought a loaner fridge, that was horribly filthy and sits in my hall. My last complaint is there have been 2 shootings here. 1st time the sheriff closed up the community and I had 2 wait to hours to get home to my dog. She threw up due to the commotion. The second time it was outside my bedroom window and that was a few weeks ago. There are children that live here and thank God no one has been hurt. Its a shame as this community is over a year old and it looks like the slums. I’m embarrassed to bring anyone around here, its just gross outside. A home should not be like this. A home should be a happy place where you can enjoy the outside as much as the inside."

"Don’t believe all these fake five stars. These are the same people at the leasing office who put 5-stars and create comments for themselves. This apartment’s staff is so rude and unprofessional. Only move there if you are desperate because they won’t listen to your complaints. Make sure you are fully prepared to wait at least a month to have your equipment replaced. You will have leaks coming from the roof and you should be ready to sleep with not-working A/C.. Good luck"
