"The building is not secure. The door from the parking ramp is always broken and people sleep in the stairs and leave trash there. Management is not good as they do not act. Elevators always have issues and are dirty. I liked my personal apartment but the building and the issues overshadowed that. Would not recommend living here."
"logged into another gmail just to make another review/update (I left one 4 months ago and I guess google won’t let you leave multiple??) My restroom ceiling light is currently leaking water? Weird right?! The ceiling above the tub is FALLING - and get this! LEAKING WATERRRRR! I don’t think ceilings should be leaking… and oh the mold you ask? Still there they told us to “spray alcohol” on it, while never sending anyone to actually fix the problem please spend the $1600 you’ll pay here for a 1 bedroom elsewhere. I really wish my husband read the reviews before signing the contract but thankfully since the unit isn’t habitable we can be let out of our contract PLEASE DONT MAKE OUR MISTAKE!"
"I lived at Elm at Panorama for three years. First year it was great because they had better staff/management. It was cleaner. 2023 it has the worst staff, the worse maintenance and the worst managers. It’s always dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Make sure you get a camera in your apartment Ben the maintenance man is very shady. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could."
"0 stars if I could… Imagine moving 1500 miles away from home to start a new chapter in Denver and you are welcomed by roaches everywhere in your house LOL. I mean HUNDREDS of them. That’s what you can expect here at Elm. The staff are nice enough but don’t do anything about the 1000’s of issues. The shared laundry rooms always have 1 washer and/or dryer that’s broken. You have to dry your clothes 2-3 times for them to actually get dry and you have to pay for that each time! Don’t get packages delivered unless you’re home because they 100% will get stolen and even with a video nothing will be done by them or police sadly. We had a broken fridge that leaked water and they brought us another one that did the same thing. The smell in that place is RANCID. The trash room builds up for 2 weeks sometimes and is inside the building hence why roaches are such a major problem. It smells so insanely horrible I can’t explain how bad it is. Everything in the apartment is run down and walls have about 8 layers of paint on them. Walls all have metal studs so you can’t hang anything. Absolutely horrible for what they ask for rent. I don’t know how anyone lives here. They call it luxury but it’s truly one of the crappiest apartments I’ve ever lived in ever. We were lucky enough to get out of our lease without charge 3 months in but we had to create a fuss in order to get that. Whatever you do do not live here. Pay the extra $200 a month to live in a true luxury apartment."
"If you are a fan of roaches, piled up trash, and maintenance requests that will never get completed, have I got an apartment complex for you! We moved in in January 2023 to a place that hadn’t even been touched since the last tenant moved out. When we complained they stated they would fix everything, but to date in our two bedroom we have one bedroom where one sliding door doesn’t even go into the wall, and the other door cannot open/ close without being slammed. Maintenance’s response? We can’t fix that. Further, the frames on both screen door are bent, and when we moved in they were ripped. Maintenance didn’t even replace the doors and just told us that they looked better than most in the complex. The doors cannot close due to the bent frame, which destroys the purpose of having a screen door. Additionally, since we moved in we’ve had numerous roach infestations. We’ve been sprayed over 7 times but they continue to come in. Management brags that they have a new pest control company, but given that we’ve been sprayed so often and in the past hour saw 3 roaches scurrying around, this is clearly a systemic issue that they’re not addressing. This could be in part due to the constantly backed up trash that is allowed to pile up on every floor for days until someone decides to address it. The trash door chutes frequently won’t close and management refuses to install cameras to identify who is causing the backup instead of going downstairs to the dumpster. Then there’s the matter of cost. The shared utilities cost is extraordinary high versus other complexes I’ve lived in. Further, the complex partners with a service called Fetch, which you are required to pay $15/month for, but which never delivers the packages on time. Even if you never use it, because of the awful time windows, understaffing that causes packages to not even be delivered to the facility during its posted hours, you still must pay. So even if you’re attracted to the sticker price of the complex, be warned that the real cost is much higher."
