"Off the bat, the communication was terrible. I spoke with someone in the office about any same-day tours. i got a confirmation email and showed up at the tour time only to find that no one is in the office and they won’t be for another hour. i don’t understand why they’d schedule at that time if they were going to be away. Disappointed, do better."
"I am give 4 stars for the leasing agent she was helpful and very knowledgeable. The property does need a lot of tlc mainly the landscaping. The parking did look a bit limited. I am not sure if I ask about it. Even though this property wasn’t for me it might be a perfect fit for someone else"
"I love this place. I haven't been here too long and there are functions for the community to help better people's lives. Yeti is awesome and made the quick as possible, maintenance response fast, no pest issues, affordable and 5 minutes walking to the nearest library and grocery store."
"If you see any 1 or 2 star reviews they are not lying. I have lived here for 2 years and my experience was down right awful. First things first: the professionalism is completely out of the window. They show a sweet face at the door but to current tenants they are rude, poor communication, and the staff lacks humanity/respect. This place is super cheap, the amenities are laughable and they truly don’t care about the tenants who live here. I moved out just recently and I was told multiple times via email and word of mouth that my last month rent was about $1400 including my utilities. I spoke with Alexis (very rude by the way) who emailed me way after the fact, that I owe a little over $2800 for my last month rent and that they bill 2 months behind for utilities. First of all, when I had left the place I made sure that the place was cleaned out and scrubbed to the best of my ability (I even took pics to prove it) and they are charging me $500 for some damn paint for the cabinets. All Alexis did was laugh and say that the way I left the cabinets were more than “wear and tear” SEE PICS BELOW DOES THAT LOOK LIKE DAMAGES? The whole 2 years I lived here and I can say Maintenance never fully fixes issues instead sometimes makes it worse. I had a broken OVEN that took them almost 4 months to resolve. If your looking at this place, I wish the best of luck to you. Neighbors are loud and obnoxious but honestly I see why nobody cares about this place."
"Absolutely disgusting! Trash everywhere, units have mold & termites. There is some sort of floor border throughout the apt. Under this you will find mold and the walls completely eaten by termites. Was stuck without a/c for 2 months during heatwaves. My car has been towed and was forced to pay nearly $400 for 5hrs of it being towed. GF’s car was stolen. There are shootings almost every night. Management raises the rent EVERY month without explanation. Reported a gas leak 4 months ago with no response so stove has been disconnected for this time. I’m canceling my lease because I can’t live in these situations anymore. The good reviews are from ppl that have been here less than a month and was most likely due to east to be approved which should say a lot. Floor vinyl is ripped up in every room. Bathroom fan never worked. Also they switched my unit then said original unit I wanted was no longer available. I’ve attached photos of all previous damage that was just “patched”. My rent was supposed to be $1,700 now within 4 months it’s $2,100. Absolutely ridiculous! They charge for trash removal but there’s literally trash, blood & vomit everywhere throughout the complex. Police are here throughout the day due to all the violence. You will be pulled over as soon as you pull out because there’s obvious drug sales going on here. SAVE YOURSELF ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY"
