"Lived there for like 4 years. So happy to have moved away a few months ago. Management is absolutely useless. Trash community. It used to be okay. Then the Mechanics moved in lol obviously aren't here legal, as they just work on their junk cars all day and party all night. They'd also constantly steal my parking I would pay monthly for. Tow stickers handled that pretty quickly. And since we're on the topic of towing. I hope you enjoy paying to get your vehicle back that they steal. Even if you pay for assigned parking. I saw a rat once. Like a chihuahua sized rat in the dumpster. It was once a nice community."

"When I moved in and I told me there's plenty of parking. That was huge part of my decision to move here. They wouldn't put my car on the no tow list. They could have quite easily told the towing company not to tow my car. The towing company constantly harassed me and now I need to go and pick up my car from the tow lot ($395). This is my last month living here. The old management company was a lot better to deal with. The new company took a year-and-a-half to finally secure the window of the package room by simply installing a lock on it after years of package theft. The apartment used to be pretty quiet but it has become very noisy around here. The unwillingness of the management company to protect my vehicle after them acting like parking was no problem really rubbed me the wrong way. I attached an image of the "Abandoned vehicle" with current tags. No posted notice on the vehicle. Fun times. The south elevator having an intense stench of urine for the last 4 months didn't exactly help. I have never once in all my years of living here seen the parking lot full. If they are cleaning weekly don't you think they should have notified you? Also why on earth would anyone ever choose carpet for the wall of an elevator? Also if you could explain for me how taking a residents car in the middle of the night in charging them nearly $400 to get it back is different from providing parking for the tenants by working with a towing company. To me that resembles theft and extortion a lot more closely than it does providing parking. I'm over it. I'm glad to have moved. Say whatever you want I'm just detailing my experiences here."

She’s always going above and beyond for the residents she even does fun giveaways for the holidays! I love how she's on top of everything The whole crew is."

"This is my honest review: I’m leaving 5 stars because of the improvement management has made over the last year. We finally have a steady office staff being led by a great manager, Esmeralda. This staff is so much better at communication. They answer the phones and return emails promptly, great at following up with promises, and maintenance is completing work orders in a timely fashion. Keep up the great work!"
