"The management is horrible , spent most of my expenses on get n my cars towed away the tow truck company even damaged my vehicle and management did nothing about it, out dated appliances and the washers and dryers never worked I remember one year there the water got shut down we had mo water for a real long time they made us use pool water to throw down the toilets , managment did nothing for the tenents"

"Terrible place for living!! RUN IF YOU CAN!!! So many thing happened in this apartment, first the roof stared leaked, I called the office and they just go to “ check “ and that’s all, they didn’t fix anything. 2.- in the upper apartment lived around 10 people, they walk every night at every hour and we heard EVERYTHING, even when they talk… is so annoying 3.- AND THE MOST IMPORTANT MY LIVING ROOM IS FLOODED every time we take a shower, a pipe is broken and they didn’t fix it, and the bathtub drainage is stuck. I’m guessing the last think to do is suit this place 4.- washer /dryer more the 2 weeks no working 5.- if you expected to use the gym when you have time forget it, bc you can only use it on office hours, and go for the office for the keys. They didn’t want to move us to another apartment, and they didn’t fix anything. DO NOT DO A CONTRACT ON THIS PLACE! Believe me you will regret it. *in the video you can hear the upper apartment * can you live hearing that ALL DAY????"

"I moved here from 10 hours away, upon arrival after a 10 hour drive I was given keys with no instructions, or further details of the grounds or effort of hospitality. I received no tour of the amenities, the apartment was not ready once I arrived, there was no microwave and damage to multiple parts of the apartment, the photos are not accurate representation of the quality of the space. My fathers truck was towed the day we moved in without warning."

"When living here, all I dealt with was loud and disruptive neighbors with no respect to the property or residents. Washing machines being tampered with and broken, domestic arguments, loud music etc. Now, I've moved out and I can't get anyone in the leasing office to do their job. I keep getting charged for rent for an apartment I no longer live in, even after getting a receipt for returning the keys. I was told the charge would be removed after turning them in, but that was a lie. And now I'm being ignored by the leasing office when asking them to take care of it. Just don't bother with this place, the cheap rent isn't worth the headache and constant issues."
