"While living here I had my car broken into and hit in the lot numerous times, the grounds are littered and disgusting I feel bad for the grounds crew having to constantly pick up behind people. When I started living here I had complained of mice, I was given a box trap and told to wait until the mice were caught before they would fix the hole in my wall that the mice had created. After begging them to fix the hole someone finally came to fix it and drilled a hole straight into the water line for our baseboard heaters. Both my kitchen and living room were flooded and days later no one has come to follow up on the damage. They tried to claim that our pipes were just old and gave out with all the work being done around them. As you can see from the photos - that was an excuse. There’s still water leaking into my apartment and the once tiny hole we had is now much wider. I don’t feel safe living here and the front office and leasing group refuses to do anything for us. The floor is bowing under the oven from the water seeping into it, the wall is soft from the water damage as well. I can’t imagine what’s going on in the apartment below us. Something needs to be done. We are always early and on time paying rent, have never caused any problems, the maintenance in their common area is more important to maintain their image as a “nice renovated building”. I’m tired of it. This is unfair."

"My husband and I were NEVER late on any of our rent for the whole year we lived there always picking up trash with honors because people would just throw trash on the ground. We were never complimented about it we were only charged $300.00 for a little spot that needed to be repainted in the closet wall I feel horrible about it. The only decent person there was Scott the manager."

"My partner and I toured a couple weeks ago and we should've jumped on it because we loved the building and management and now they are sold out!! We regret taking our time because Marcos was fantastic and we couldn't have been more impressed with the effort that has gone into rehabbing the complex!"

"A working progress place. Lived here for a while and in my time there has been major transformation with new management. A lot of new renovations and remodeling has been happening over the time and has improved the apartment. For the Denver Southeast location, the view from the patio are gorgeous and having the large acre of land surrounding makes it feel very comforting. Because the building is such an old building there’s so many more improvements to be made. There are a few complaints I have when it comes to the people and trash being everywhere and the kind of neighbors that live in the building, but slow that is improving.The safety can be improved at the apartments, and especially the gates being more secured but again they have been improving slowly . But overall it is a place of a work in progress and the management team wants it to be a safe beautiful thriving apartment complex."
