"Move here if you’d like your power to go out every other month, the elevator to stop working (6 times so far in one year), you want non-working laundry facilities, a staff that doesn’t respond to maintenance requests, to move into a very unclean unit, and have everybody within a 2-block radius have access to your building gym and pool, both which are never maintained or clean (the pool has been green two summers in a row now). This place is all smoke & mirrors."
"This property has potential but it is managed poorly. Parking is bad so I pay $125 extra a month for a spot in the garage. Myself and 3 others have had their motorcycles and scooters either stolen, attempted to be stolen, or vandalized in the garage. I have also had my car broken into and another car had their window smashed in. They cut my expensive chain lock with a torch which means the thieves have enough time and feel comfortable enough to bring gear down there. I caught some weird people down there with backpacks when I came home around 3am on a weekday and they got aggressive and basically threatened to assault me when I asked them what they were doing down there. They left before I could call police and I told management but they do not seem to care. I work overnights and I can't park on the street all day without getting ticketed so a spot is my only option. It sucks to not feel safe coming home to your own building. If they have access to the garage they have access to the rest of the building which includes the gym and laundry room. I worry for the females on our property."
"We were all set for a tour, I was told the unit would not be ready to even look at till Nov. 2. They request an ID and photo then I get a call not even 30 min before the tour telling me the unit has been rented and the only other available unit is $155 higher in cost. Maybe there was something about the way I look they didn't like. It is interesting..."
"While I believe all individual staff at RedPeak are good people(and friendly), it has become clear to me over my 3 years here that collectively, RedPeak couldn't care less abut you once the ink on your lease has dried. In my time here several repairs have been made to he building, however these were mostly superficial and did not benefit the residents. Fixed cracks in pool deck concrete, but did nothing to improve the sanitation of the pool. They installed wireless internet, but not for the residents, just for the keyless entry. Pool light out? lets drain the pool in the middle of the summer when its 100 degrees out. Ideally a landlord would care 50/50 about new and existing tenants, but it is clear that they just want to make things look nice for your move in date. Consider this my advanced notice I will not be resigning my lease."
"This has been my favorite place to live in all of Denver. Honestly, if I could pick this building up and move it with me I would. The employees in the main office are the most considerate apartment agents I have ever met. Though I never needed maintenance done to my apartment, I always saw the guys working on something to improve the building. Everyone, down the cleaning lady, was of the upmost quality. I would recommend this place to anyone."
