"My mother who is elderly moved into these apartments and they were nice up until the day she went to pick up her key to move in. The main lady Darlene who runs the office was very nasty and spoke to her disrespectfully. Since she has been there, she has noticed a major roach problem, the master bathroom toilet does not flush, all the kitchen drawer are all falling apart, the second bathroom shower wall is peeling, and there in a leak in the living room ceiling which is creating mold. Now my mother has COPD and is on oxygen, this is a major problem. We addressed these issues and also put in maintenance request time and again on the resident portal. They want the rent on time but do not want to correct the problems, we had to call a lawyer and outside help to see about getting out of her lease with these people. I would say be careful dealing with these people and please do your homework before considering moving here."

"My husband and I have been looking for a new place in the area and so glad we stopped by the Santana Ridge a little after 4. The office had a training meeting going on; I was taking a picture of the sign about when to come back tomorrow, and JP came up to the door and opened up. We told him we are hunting for a 2bed 2ba in the area and he took the time to show us a unit on spot no questions asked. So kind. I could feel his excitement for all the plans to come to this community and it makes us feel good to have such a passionate staff that cares. We will be applying to join this community!"

"The maintenance guy, Robert, has went above and beyond to fix any issues we have put a request in for. Usually it takes a while for someone to come look at it then to fix it but he is on top of it. He is also nice and communicates every step of the way."

"My experience with maintenance has been 5 stars thanks to Robert. I’ve had problems left in right since moving in two weeks ago and he always goes above and beyond. He is the only one at this place that will actually help and do anything"

"Was told 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSED that my unit that I'm supposed to be moving into TOMORROW is unavailable. I've already canceled my storage unit and rented a truck and have no where else to go. They said I can apply for a unit on the second floor but that it's more expensive than the unit I'm supposed to be moving into. I have no money to extend my rental truck time, and no where to live until Friday. Useless staff that suck at their job."
