"Don't recommend anybody moving here, constantly noise and loud music. When they do a maintenace request and something needs to be replaced they repace it with a refurbished part that another resident reported broken. Then when you move out they add that as a broken fixture to the deposit charges. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR FULL DEPOSIT BACK"

"I am a current resident and I absolutely love living here.....the few issues that I have had have been quickly addressed. The ladies in the office are super nice, the things that maintenance fixes are fixed properly, the grounds are kept nicely, the rent is reasonable, and parking is rarely an issue. I have lived in several apartments here in Denver, and this one is the best by far."

"I've been living here for a little over a year and a half now and I can say it's genuinely been a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. It's in a good area and is central to a lot of nearby restaurants and businesses. I did knock off a star for the cons listed below. Pros: - Quiet neighborhood - No issues with pests - Pet free unless approved by office - Online rent portal - Laundry facility always kept clean - Maintenance is quick to fix stuff - Dana always replies to texts/emails - Quiet apartment complex - No porch pirates taking packages Cons: - No amenities except a pool - Insulation near front door and upstairs sliding glass door sucks. In the winter, my gas bill has been $100+/mo due to the apartment trying to maintain heat. I'm rarely home except to sleep so $100+/mo is insane to me - Older thermostat setup due to apartment buildings using gas instead of electric - Parking sucks unless you pay for covered parking like I do ($40/mo) - Apartment is on the older side therefore the floors have dips and bumps in some places - Nearly impossible to get bedroom furniture up the narrow staircase inside the apartment. Not sure how they expect people to have bedroom furniture I would say for the cost of base rent, gas, and parking.. there should be more available amenities and up-to-date units."

"I’m a single mom of 3. Lived here for 6 years and half of that was spent going back and forth on repairs. I went into the office asking for increase in rent to be waived due to their negligence and was told by the owner they were now terminating my agreement instead of allowing me to sign a new lease. Unfortunately for them, they already provided a notice to renew. In 6 years I have been late on rent only once in the first or second year and have been a great tenant and never had an issue since. So I will be taking them to court. I have included photos of their ‘repairs’. These are in addition to things like rodent issues and constant pipe issues and problems."
