"It seems like a great place to live. But on the other hand, there is a lot of garbage, if something is stolen from you, there are no cameras, and the reaction of the representatives of the complex is quite cold. It's been more than a month since someone broke into mailbox. You can't pick up your mail in the complex, and if your mail is stolen, no one cares either. When asked when it will be repaired, no one knows anything."

"Outstanding customer service from everyone at this complex. Quick fixes by the maintenance team. Responsive and attentive leasing agent Maranda, who is knowledgeable and absolutely spectacular with providing reassurances with my moving-in anxieties. Much appreciated."

"The area around the complex is a little shady. I've had my car broken into and packages stolen . The community feed is filled with people asking for their packages back/complaint about lost packages. The viewable unit was nicer than the actual unit I was moved into. Amazon is almost completely unable to correctly deliver packages to the right place. I've had 10 packages go missing in the last few months. Not a terrible place to live. The staff are wesome and I have had no issues with unit repairs. Walls seem thick and block noises out fairly well. I can hear neighbors every so often, kids would probably be hell for the downstairs neighbors."

"This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. I was here for 2 years and it was PERFECT! The leasing staff were always really kind and professional, and maintenance was very timely and really reasonable servicing work orders and maintaining the property well. 24 hour gym was amazing, along with all the other amenities and resident perks. Yes, parking was at times a challenge, but would be at any complex. Yes it's in Denver and there's way too much roadwork and traffic, but if I didn't have to move for work, I would still be there today. 10/10 hands down"
