"I wanted to send a shoutout to Luis (part of the maintenance team) at Yale Station. Last week, I was on my way to DTC to an important doctor appointment, when I had a blowout on my tire on I-25, right before Yale. I was able to exit on Yale and happened to pull onto the side street in front of Yale Station. I tried to call for roadside assistance, but it was going to take over an hour for them to come and assist me. I was in a panic because I needed to get to my doctor appointment. I am in the Multifamily industry and decided to walk into the office at Yale Station to see if anyone might be able to help me. Luis happened to be in the Leasing Office and agreed to help me. I explained to him that I was in the industry and knew how busy the maintenance teams were this time of year so if he couldn't take the time, I would completely understand. But he took the time and came to my rescue. He put my spare tire on, and I was able to make it to my doctor appointment on time! Luis is an asset to this community, and I wanted to take a minute to make sure he was recognized as a true hero! I know he was to me that day. Thanks again, Luis! "So after almost burning the place down a couple months back, never fully repairing his unit area, MY DAD DIED last week and now my twenty year old little sister is on the hook for paying for finishing his lease for the next two months, even though she would have never qualified to live here in the first place. You won't even let us use the dumpster to help dispose of his excess belongings without incurring extra fees. She only signed into it to be able to legally stay over at his apartment and take care of him in the first place. Shame on you people. Opportunistic corporate cowards."

"My husband and I moved in August 1 2011 just after it opened During the almost 12 years of occupancy there has been 4 management companies and at least 15 on site managers. Basic maintenance requests were ignored. I went for 12 months without a functional smoke alarm. Inadequate hot water impossible to take a decent shower. Building is filthy Our rent increased 30% at renewal in August 2022 I broke my lease and have moved out BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT RENT HERE L"

"We moved Mom into this lovely community in South East Denver. It's so cool Mom is right next to the Lightrail that takes her and her friends Downtown Denver to all the terrific cultural events. And the Highline Canal walking path is really close. King Soopers, Sprouts, the Library, movies and a bunch of restaurants are like less than a mile away. Walking around the neighborhood is great. Plus, the management folks we're really helpful :)"
