The Bridgwater Apartments

"I lived here once, now almost 4 years ago. Well, I still remember the things that make this apartment so good to live. Strengths: -free hot drinks provided in lobby -free boardgames in the lobby, enjoyed playing those. -public pool & jakoozi (lol forgot how to spell it) provided in lobby, also has grills & campfire near the pool -fitness center provided in lobby -GREAT LOCATION! There is a tram station nearby {Arapahoe at Village Center Station} Also, turn right after leaving the main enterance of the apartment and go less than a mile and there will be a lot of stores there. Areas of improvment: NONE. Just keep the apartment this way, and everything will be perfect."

"I moved into Bridgwater Apts on Mother's Day weekend, 2023, and l love my apt but most of all the staff and service deserve a 10 out of 10. Ginger, assistant manager has been easy to approach znd helpful all the way. Devon snd Gabriel processed the move and showed me the entire property making me feel at home even before moving in. Maintenance gave me suggestions about my tub as difficult for me to climb in and out with my condition. Thank you all for making me feel right at home. It’s a peaceful setting with nature surrounding me. Looking forward to long term new home. Valerie"

"Moving to Bridgwater cured my erectile dysfunction. Highly recommend. The apartments are well-maintained, but the highlight here is the leasing staff. There are plenty of newer apartments in the area. Some are even slightly cheaper. I stay here solely because of the customer service offered by the management team. They leave; I’ll leave."

"I would give them six stars if I could. Amazing apartment management team Ginger, Denice and Cameron. Cameron helped us from day one of our tour, he has been always amazing and professional. They are Very honest, friendly and caring stuffs. don’t worry they won’t rip you off or try to get every penny from you like many other rental places do, we have moved three times in past four years because my husband was in the military but this is the best experience we’ve had. They are truly amazing. Whenever we have a work order they quickly replay and usually come and fix in a day or two, the common place is always clean and well maintained. We loved location of the apartment too. Close to shops, walking distance to the parks, station etc. The apartment is very safe too. I forgot to close garage door couple of times but never really have stolen anything so as other neighbours I’ve talked to. One day I left my suitcase in the car over night and next morning I found a clime prevention note from Greenwood Village police officer! I was surprised! Overall Highly recommend the Bridgwater apartment."
