"Our room cool air didn't work. The pool was warm but the hot tub was broke and it wasn't on the sight that it was. Plus my daughter found a clump of hair in the deep end. Went down to breakfast at 10 min before the actual time to get some juice and was rudely told we had to wait ten min so when we came down after the time to eat the lady started sweeping and washing our table before we were even done. Very rude."

"I had a great experience right up till check out. We were trying to leave and it had been snowing all night. The night employee decided to park right in front of the door. We asked him to move a vehicle so we could load up and get out safely with three kids. He refused to move his car which resulted in me getting stuck twice once trying to pull up as close as I could and again when backing out. I would think there would be rules against employees parking by the front doors. Guest should come first."

"Very solid hotel and I got a good rate. The room was most importantly clean. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable. The room was very worn out with cracked tile in the bathroom and rather old carpet elsewhere, but serviceable regardless. A very loud hotel with thin floors and walls which made for poor sleep. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If it had been quieter it would have been among the best hotels I've stayed at given the price and staff."

"The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast, not bad. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. I would recommend and we will be back."

"Terrible experience. My 4yr old threw up on comforter and sheets at 1AM. We stripped bed and went to the front desk to get a new bed set. The night manager offered 2 fitted and 1 flat sheet. He did nothing to fix the situation. He didn’t offer another room, he didn’t offer to pull covers from another room, he didn’t offer to provide us with ANY cover of any sort, he just handed us sheets. My son spent the night sick and freezing because they clearly care 0% about paying guests. I will never stay with Wingate again and will definitely share my experience with anybody questioning whether to stay with them. I would never want anyone to be subjected to this poor experience."
