"Apartment is great, staff is super friendly. The property is clean and well maintained, Im pretty sure Vinnie takes care of all of it ! He's been great in replacing my dishwasher. Just a nice guy that's sets good expectations and follows through."

"I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and always have a great experience. Everyone in the leasing office is great (Evelyn, Dyanara, and Isabel) and the maintenance team is awesome. Shout out to Tina and Vinny for always getting everything taken care of efficiently and with a great attitude. Can’t recommend them enough!"

"Went to tour the apartments this past weekend, and may I say, it was the worst experience I've ever had. Before our tour we told the Leasing Agent that we would not be looking to move for a few months, because we are still tied up in a lease in North Carolina. Nonetheless, when we arrived for our TOUR the leasing agent slide a lease agreement across the table to have us move in next week. We reminded them that we aren't moving in for a while and were immediately told, "Oh, well I don't have any units available to show you." We had to tell the leasing agent to let us see a unit, even if it is a Model. She then proceeded to give us a 5 minute tour of the WRONG UNIT. The staff is lazy, rude, and has a cant be bothered mentality. If this is how they act BEFORE they get your money, I can only imagine how much worse it gets once they have you locked in with a lease and are gauranteed your money."

"My partner lived here for about a year. Was a good experience starting out, although definitely expensive for everything you get out of it. Then things really went downhill with the parking situation. If you don’t pay for a covered spot or garage, then you have to buy a daily guest pass to not be towed. If you forget to renew the pass before it expires, they will tow you!! They will tow you asap :) and only at 2-5 am so you won’t see or notice it happening! So cool Then you have to go to Wyatt’s Towing and pay them about $400 for your car. It will be more if it’s outside of normal business hours. I could only find my car since it has location tracking, but if you don’t have that you just have to call around and hope it wasn’t stolen. This apartment complex and Wyatt’s Towing have a CLOSE relationship. Most people are forced to park illegally somewhere nearby and just walk to their unit. The gym is pretty nice, but some of the bikes would be broken pretty often. Only good thing was the hot tub."

"This place used to run so great when we moved in I don’t know what happened. One main thing that’s been annoying is the hot tub has been open and working for about a week or two in the last few months. I don’t know if they keep fixing the same broken part but it goes right back to cold a day or two later. If you’re going to live here don’t expect to be able to use the hot tub too much as it is near non existent at this point. Would be sweet if they ACTUALLY fixed this issue before winter instead of fixing it to break again a few days later.. Also they don’t seem to do walk arounds so make sure to report everything yourself. The water fountain filter in the gym has been red for probably 5 months at this point. Something pretty easy to spot if checked on once in a while…"
