"My apartment at Urban Type was one of my all-time favorites, and I thoroughly enjoyed living there. The price is reasonable and below the norm for that area, especially for the quality; it's a great deal! The owner is flexible and accommodating. Maintenance requests were taking care of quickly and all communication was relatively fast and concise. The only reason I moved out was to move in with a friend in a 2 bedroom across town. The location is also great, and the neighborhood feels mostly safe. The only occasional inconvenience was parking, but I almost always got a spot on the same block and I never had to park more than 2 blocks away. I absolutely recommend this apartment building to anyone, especially if you're living on your own or are in a couple with a reasonable/small amount of belongings."
