"Don’t waste your time unless you want them to cancel on you twice, and have no idea what they're talking about once you do make it into the leasing center. Even though the website says they will have the units available for the time you're looking for (months in advance) they will try to charge you hundreds more $ to “hold the unit” (an additional $700) when it doesn’t even become available for another couple months. Don’t understand, asked for clarification and leasing agent avoided the question. First time we came into the office, a current resident even warned us that management is trash here. I’d recommend you save your valuable time and efforts, and go search for another place."
"Fine place unless something needs their attention. Noticed a few cockroaches in our apartment and contacted leasing office right away. 6 days later and after many unanswered calls, trips to the office and online maintenance requests NO ONE has come to assess. This is a health issue that could get out of hand quickly and affect everyone in this building. Hired our own exterminator and they took care of it within one day. It’s unacceptable the lack of response for how much we pay to live here. Guess we will just do it all ourselves ??"
"Wandered around for a half hour looking for leasing office because they don't keep their Google listing current. No one answers phone, it just goes to voice mail. When we did find the leasing office they would not even talk to us, just said we had to make an appointment for 1 - 2 weeks out. I FLEW IN from the east coast to help my son find a place to live since he is relocating here, so it is a tremendous affront to be blown off like this. Don't waste your time like these people wasted mine."
"We have lived here for slightly over a year now. We renewed our lease because we thought the apartments were very nice and well sized for the price. However, recently we have come to regret renewing the lease. Our AC went out in the middle of August and our apartment routinely gets up to and above 85 degrees. Maintenance and the HVAC techs have been out to resolve the issue at least 6 times and every time we are told the issue is resolved and won’t happen again. First the fan was broken so they replaced it, then it had to be charged all the way and that would fix it. They are currently on their way for their 7th visit (at least) to my apartment and I’m excited to find out what the new reason is. When I told the leasing office it was unreasonable to pay full priced rent for a unit that’s 85 degrees every day they said they would “check with their manager but due to fair housing they likely can’t offer us anything.” They also said that they have no obligation to make it up to us and that their priority is to fix it permanently the first time. Well this is now the 7th time and it isn’t fixed. Don’t get me wrong the maintenance team is super friendly but having them constantly here fixing the same issue when I work from home and my girlfriend is in online classes can be extremely distracting. Not to mention having us and our dog sitting around in an 85 degree apartment isn’t exactly fun. EDIT FOR OWNER RESPONSE: I have gone down to the office on so many occasions to find it filled with people who have no desire to help. The details have been provided many different times so I don’t see what explaining them to a manager who has already heard them and ignored them before will do."
"I moved my parents here from NY and people have been very easy to deal with. Brittany answers emails quickly and efficiently and is extremely pleasant, too! We have gotten help (from her and others) with keys, access, and all our questions answered. Work done in the place (e.g. adding a shower bar) was efficient and friendly. It has been about 6 weeks since move-in and things are going very well."
