"The office and maintenance staff are have been more than accommodating and respectful. I have never had an issue and am always greeted with professionalism and kindness. The parking can be a bit tricky at times for visitors but it is to be expected considering everywhere in Colorado is this way. Any issues have been handled promptly. If I had a complaint it would be about some of the residents. It boggles my mind how disrespectful they are to others and the property."

"Love the maintenance team! The complex is usually quiet. Really dog friendly always see everyone walking their dogs. However the parking is alright if you don’t come home late."

"This is by far one of the worst apartments I've lived in. If you value your sleep and quite time, and if you work night shifts, forget about that here. The apartment complex is useless and won't fix any problems either. Noise/neighbors: Our up stairs neighbors are horribly loud keeping us up day and night. We can hear every step they take, all their conversations clearly, and them rocking the floors at night clear as day. The apartment just us to take legal actions ourselves and won't help. Our down stairs neighbors dog barks for hours and you can hear it clearly as if it's in the room with us. The apartment told us to call animal control instead of talking to the neighbors. Everytime I park in a specific free spot outside my complex, someone has thrown soda on my car 4 times and twice on my motorcycle. Neighbors leave their trash in the hallways expecting people to clean up after them. Maintnace: Our heat goes out, everything around the apartment slowly falls apart. We have had pest control in our apatment a couple times to spray for wasps. We find atleast one a day. Our drains throughout the whole apartment back up atleast once a month along with all the others around us. Parking: Parking is awful here unless you pay for garage or covered parking. Free parking is minimal, most the time you have to park on the street and walk far. Amenities: The hot tub never opened the whole time I've been here. The gym is always gross, has no AC in the summer and most the weights are missing. There's dog poop every where through out the property."

"DONT MOVE HERE! So glad i left this place, on the surface you might think this is the spot but theres a reason why they wont give you a full tour! - dont feel like picking up after your dog? just leave it to someone else or the groundskeeper. some of the admins who've lived here dont so why should you? - dont feel like making your guests park outside the property? just hold the parking garage door open for them so you can leave one less spot for a resident, forcing them to park on the outside where they'll get their catalytic converter stolen! theres no cameras anywhere so if someone breaks into your car or steals your converter... well oh well! - want your family and friends to move in with you for free? the admin staff is to busy being rude to care so do what you want to - your packages WILL get stolen and ur neighbors will be loud and awful. forget noise complaints lol - dont like the way that the admins treat you? its ok because they'll likely switch jobs soon enough and when a new person comes in, just watch as they have no idea where they kept your previous files or any of the docs you sent them! - are you moving in by yourself into building #4 and want company! great! because there are so many cockroaches, you'll have plenty of friends living in your walls and dishes! - your unit doesnt have AC? too bad! if youre lucky maybe the admin staff will loan you a window unit lol Some of the admins live here and only treat you nice when trying to get you to sign but wont look you in the eye or say hello when you bump into them. heck they even try to avoid residents and hide from you, which is just silly. Rude Rubi in the admin building just likes to sit at her desk and be on her phone but will never respond to your calls or emails which is always cool i guess. the maintenance team is awesome tho but they are always busy fixing up this old property which clearly needs a facelift. but wait, didn't they install new windows and install new faucets? how convenient that theyd only fix the outside and put in faucets that dont push out enough water, when the previous ones were ok. kind of convenient that theyd do that considering how they charge you for water as part of your bill, huh The machines in the gym arent maintained and people steal weights. of the 3 treadmills, one doesnt work, one does, and another one has a piece lose, making a drumming sound when you run lol this place used to be a lot greener but now there are tons of yellow patches of dead grass from all the poop and pee from dogs that dont get cleaned up. the entrances by the east smell like pee since most residents walk out and let this dogs do their thing right on the brick walls. they used to send emails regularly threatening people with $50 fines but no one ever gets caught. The hot tub almost never works in the summer because people keep trashing it and since there are no cameras anywhere OR accountability, youre SOL. the admins wont give you 24 hour notices on everything, like the people who just came to install the slide doors and communication is exclusively one way. when they do let you know some fixes are coming, they dont match the description, post the wrong dates or expect you to take time off and fit their schedule! they wont take your calls emails or be in office when you need them to but you BETTER pick up when youre at work! look at the images: supposedly a couple got in a fight and started a fire, burning up their unit AND their next door neighbors, 2nd fire in a years! that was a crazy night, and the units havent been touched since, and this happened many months ago! but by god you better have renters insurance or youll get hit with fines on your account which then they cant easily remove because theyre all brand new! when i originally signed, base rent was something like $1200 and now you can look forward to all these sweet benefits of living here for much, much more! do yourself a favor and go a little bit further east on E Hampden Ave where you can find better units at similar prices and DONT LIVE HERE!"

"DO NOT RENT HERE. 1. The staff is unhelpful, disrespectful, and not empathetic in the slightest. Had a truck parked in the lot for under two hours for moving out and it was towed. They did nothing to help with that. I would normally park in the street where guest “can park”. Except if you see pictures below about 10 spots are taken with miscellaneous trucks and trailers here for THEIR work. 2. There are police and fire trucks on the premises almost daily and I’ve heard of numerous cars being broke into with no talk of putting up extra security measures. I guess reinstalling new windows for the property takes priority over residents safety. 3. Packages are left everywhere. I’ve had my packages show up at the wrong door, at the base of my apts stairs, and just left right in front of the package lockers that are supposed to secure our packages. Again nothing has been done to fix this issue. It seems like they don’t want people to live here at all and are just taking advantage of peoples need for “cheaper” rent. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere."
