"This is by far the worst place I’ve ever Lived!! Moving out saved my mental health. The staff is incredibly rude and unattentive. They will ignore every single issue until you actually have to become persistent to a brink of annoyance and they will claim they have no time for you. W/o persistence simple maintenance requests Never are fulfilled. It will take weeks and multiple phone calls Sometimes resulting in them saying that they never even received your request .PLEASE DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON CAR THEFT, AND BURGLARY!! Multiple cars including mine have been broken into three times or more and it took them till the third time and many other cars to finally update their cameras so that we can make Police reports so it can be reported to our insurance but they never do anything to rectify the situation like hiring security they claimed to have when we moved in. Thats in guest parking and in your assigned spots. The parking garage is always broken. They are just repairing it after months and the car theft doesn’t even come when the parking garage is broken, so make that make sense please. Last, but not least the trash shoots are always completely filled to the brim and pouring out of the trash shoots and into the hallways. The smell and every floors hallway is horrendous especially 2nd/3rd floor. You will complain about this and they will call you and say they are going to hire someone they never do & we lived there 2 years. The trash management that we paid $85 for Never comes, valet trash never comes, they always say they’re going to work on this issue. It never happens just like the dog park area. if it can even be called a dog park it’s a concrete parking lot. 3 of fences are all broken and propped up none of the doors close. 2 years never fixed even though they’ll tell you “next week”. Feces are all over the property EVERYWHERE no matter where you step there are feces every step, not just in the “dog park” but around the entire property. We always ask when we’re going to have a functional dog park or even consistent poo bag dispensers and they always say they’re getting a new vendor or somebody’s coming. one excuse was over snowstorms the last excuse was somebody just didn’t show up and then they get once again mad at you for inquiring over and over again. They have 1 woman cleaning the entire grounds & she even expresses how frustrated she is to try to clean up the entire property. There is old dirty beds/furniture homeless going in the dumpsters outside of our Entryways ( you can just pull on the door & open right up no fob required & crack straws found in the stairwell that never got thrown away even as we moved out) The latest of the LUXURY apt is the CO health dept closed down the pool for high pH & low chlorine so it’s a biohazard for residence & NO telling when it’ll reopen before summer. I can’t post all so tour and see for yourself while they pretend it “doesn’t normally look that way it’s a “change in management they’re playing catch up on (reminder 2 years we resided) we pay $3185 2bd a month for this luxury, so please listen to the reviews that are telling the truth and didn’t get incentive to post high ratings. Or by prev leasing agents. take the pictures seriously. It doesn’t change once you move in. save your time, energy, money, and stress, and do not commit to a home here until you get everything they say in writing and recorded you’ll need them for your records.Regret is not a deep enough word for the feeling I have for the money we wasted here. MISERY is an understatement. Management is the worst. We moved into a dirty apartment a lot of damaged appliances & they just basically tell us note it versus replace them. The hot water situation is barely hot. The power constantly goes out and they will ignore you. The emergency line barely gets answered they have one person from boulder so if you have an emergency, it takes about 2hrs for them to get to you. The attitude is all mightier than thou. Connor group needs to be ashamed & do a revamp and a purge of that leasing office & property RUN!"
"The garage door has been broken for about a month. Outlooks solution? Keep the automatic door open 24/7 so cars can go in and out through one lane. Fine solution for letting the cars in and out. Terrible solution for security. Last Saturday, on my way to work, there were 3 homeless people smoking crack in one of the stairwells. These are luxury apartments that I don’t not feel safe in. On top of that, the trash chute is literally piling up. There is a room full of trash that outlook does not clean nor do the residents. Please see attached photos for garbage room and garage door. I would recommend looking at different apartments as these are far from “luxury”"
"I don’t live here but my sister does! I was visiting her and my nieces last week at Outlook DTC and I wish I lived here! I’ve been staying in the guest suite and it’s been super convenient because I still have my own space while visiting. Amnesties are great, the gym being my favorite, and the leasing office is very catering! I’ve been asking Kaly where I should go for restaurants and parks for my nieces and she wrote out a list to make it easy! I’m heading back home to Oregon today but wanted to share my experience with Outlook DTC!"
"My fiancé and I just moved to Denver a few weeks ago and have been consistently amazed with the service we’ve received. Morgan has been our primary contact and she has been incredible. Service from her is always prompt, positive, and kind. This may be one of the best renting experiences we have had anywhere we have lived and we credit a lot of that to her. Every staff member though has been incredibly kind, shout out to AJ and Aaron, both of which have been amazing. We couldn’t recommend Outlook DTC enough, at least so far. Beautiful apartments, great amenities, and super kind staff."
"I have been living in this apartment for almost a year and I must say it has been a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to amenities. The apartment itself is clean and well-organized, making it a comfortable living space. The staff, especially Morgan, and all of others have been great. They are friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any concerns or requests. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to live."
