"The location is great and the staff have been so welcoming and friendly! We got an amazing price on our apartment and love the updates they've made in the community!"
"I lived at Cielo now for a couple years. The location is great! You're walking distance to everything. If you don't feel like driving downtown or taking an Uber. The Light Rail is only 2 blocks away. I've really never had any issues in my apartment. When I have, the office manager Kira has made that whatever it is gets handled right away. She is such a joy to work with. I would definitely recommend Cielo to a friend!"
"We have lived in this complex for 3 years. Now, overall these last 3 years have been okay. In my review I’ll go over all the pros and cons I have seen over the years. For context we live on the top floor 2B/2B. Pros: •The apartments have decent walls and flooring so noise isn’t too bad. Obviously you will still hear neighbors sometimes and people walking down the hall ways. •The apartments retain heat very well. We are able to heat our whole apartment by just using the gas heater in the living room. • the staff are all fairly kind and respectful, although I would say the company likes to be understaffed in the maintenance department(they only have 2 people at a given time) • The location is perfect for work and other consciences such as grocery, food, and entertainment all being within a 20 minute drive. • The apartments stay… fairly clean. They definitely focus more on keeping the areas clean that are going to have regular tours/walkthroughs by future residence. This statement does NOT include the dog park though. • The parking garage is pretty convenient as long as you don’t get a window facing parking spot. Which kinda defeats the purpose in my opinion. Now we will move onto the cons Cons: • THERE ARE CONSTANT WATER SHUT OFFS! I’m not sure why this happens and I’ve never lived somewhere where they shut the water off this frequently. But, expect water shut offs to happen a MINIMUM of 2-3 times a month for unknown amounts of time. We just recently in the months of January 2023 have had back to back water shut offs. •Security is almost non existent. My car got broken into INSIDE of the parking garage. This also happened to many other residences as well due to the complex not fixing their broken garage door. Immediately after this happened they raised the parking rent from $15 to $50. Meanwhile some other residences had it raise to $75 and it still took them a month AFTER that to fix the garage door. • The security problem extends to packages getting delivered. The complex does have parcel lockers but, delivery people rarely use them and will leave packages out to where anybody can just come up and grab them. The only solution the complex has offered is for residences to complain to their local carrier facilities. •During the winter time this is the ONLY complex that will not maintain their roads of ice and snow. Yes, you will spin out while trying to drive into and out of the parking garage. Although, you can call the city and get the complex fined for not maintaining it regularly. • Elevators will be turned off regularly without warning. There have been numerous times that we have been forced to carry our groceries AND wagon up the stairs due to this. • If your balcony faces the inside of the court yard, you will hear everything if someone leaves their door open. This includes TV shows, music, and just over all noise because sound carries ALOT in this area. • if someone decides to smoke in the court yard EVERYONE in the court yard will be able to smell it. We had to keep our windows and balcony door shut for 3 months straight due to this. • They keep the maintenance team understaffed. Maintenance does EVERYTHING around the building; this includes picking up dog poop around the property, all pool maintenance, doing preventative maintenance on apartments, emergency maintenance on apartments, snow clean up and prevention, and honestly a lot more. So, be patient when it comes to maintenance stuff. • They have a heated pool but do not keep it open year round and the cleanliness is questionable at times. • Business center echos badly, has no decor, and the printer doesn’t work over half the time. •Cleaning lady’s only clean each floor MAYBE once a week. If you have an irresponsible neighbor whose dog poops in the hallway. Yeah, that’s gonna be there for at least a week. (Shout out to the poop patty that’s been in one of the stair wells for over 4 months). • We were here for 3 years and they never added up into the directory for us to be able to buzz people into the building."
"I’ve lived here for over a year and would probably renew my lease if I wasn’t moving out-of-state soon. The management team is quick to respond to emails, maintenance requests, and anything else you might need. The pool is never crowded during the summertime and I like the walkability of the neighborhood. The car garage USED to get stuck frequently but management completely replaced it and it hasn’t been stuck since. The only downfall is that the water gets shut off frequently for an unbeknownst amount of time — very inconvenient."
"Quality Of Life After living here for a year and a half, the water was shut off monthly in the first year; The parking garage door and elevators were consistently broken. Heater and AC routinely broke. Financial B.S. A plethora of misc fees were added to my inflated monthly rent. Upon move out my apartment was inspected and approved but was still charged additional cleaning fees etc. Churlish Management Prepare yourself for building management akin to a college dorm RA. Upon move out my apartment was inspected and approved but was still charged additional cleaning fees etc. Maintenance Very responsive and respectful. Highly advise you find an alternative option for housing ."
