"It’s an average apartment. I’ve lived here 2 years and it’s been fine. No apartment is perfect, I’m on a budget and it gets the jobs done. Pros: timely maintenance, available front desk, decent gym, convenient location, Cons: old building so you can really hear your neighbors, limited garage parking, no free guest parking, pool closed often, and I’ve heard a lot of people have had packages stolen (I haven’t personally)"

"Once you get past the fact that no gates lock, packages get stolen, cars get stolen, cars get broken into, garages get broken into, tenants don't pick up dog feces, tow trucks tow tenants every week, the pool was down all summer, the gym sanitizer burns yours hands, package room door does not latch, and the office is completely incompetent and unable to respond quickly with helpful information,, then this is the place for you! Great location with homeless traffic in the park behind apartments. So awesome, don't miss out!"

"Betsy, Catherine, and Michaela are absolute rockstars at what they do! They really care about the residents at Waterford and do all they can to make sure we’re more than satisfied. They’re communicative, understanding, and quick to action. They have a lot on their plates and handle it all far better than most leasing agents I’ve met.I can’t express it enough how much I appreciate how supportive they’ve been and how welcoming they make the office. They never make me feel like a burden for bringing issues to their attention and alway check in once it’s resolved to see if anything else needs to be done. Waterford is incredibly lucky to have them as staff!!"

"I lived at Waterford for three years and couldn’t recommend it more. I lived on the first floor in a two bed two bath with a garage. It’s the perfect place to live before purchasing a home. I previously lived downtown Denver near Coors Field and thought I would miss living downtown, but being in Glendale was the best transition. I have a Bernese mountain dog and he thrived going on daily walks on the Cherry Creek Trail. You can walk or ride a bike to Cherry Creek and grab dinner or drinks or take a quick bike ride downtown. I have never experienced a better maintenance team during my years of renting. They are so kind and attentive, any requests put in are resolved within 24 hours. There is a good mix of families and younger residents, I appreciated the diversity and not constantly dealing with parties going on into the late hours of the morning."

"Highly recommend Waterford Cherry Creek! Not only are the apartments really nice, updated, like new, but management was amazing! Michaela was amazing from the start! Katherine so help helpful and caring every time I called for the millionth time. I was really surprised. The only reason I’m writing this review is because I am so thankful to this group of people. I’ve been looking for an apartment for a couple of weeks, and honestly, the friendliness, patience, and support you get from management is unmatched. Everything in the apartment was like new and anything you need, they take care of it right away. The gym is spotless with really nice equipment . Stages bikes, power systems equipment, brand new row machines and treadmills. Their pool is gorgeous too! Seriously, my favorite place I’ve lived in so far. You will not be disappointed. I am beyond grateful and hope to stay there for a long time!"
