"I lived in Park cheesman from May to October/November 2023. While the location was incredible, the building and management were awful. The garage door was broken for months and My partners car was broken into (along with several other cars). For biked in the garage, the door was propped open numerous times and didn’t feel secure. Management communicated very poorly on fixing the garage doors and never mentioned break ins or how they were handling the situation. Laundry was constantly broken and they increased prices before we moved out. Elevators were broken multiple times and just felt so outdated. Carts for moving in and out were totally falling apart so moving out was pretty annoying. It also took us months to get our security deposit back. Again, great location with access to Cheesman and apartments were decent enough (great views of the mountains!) but unfortunately management and the building needing updates made this place not live up to its potential."

"Toured this place briefly twice last week. I don’t live here, but the amenities are fantastic and it’s right on the park. They have a cool sky lounge as well. :) Some of these reviews mention Na’Kesha by name, and there’s good reason. We just met her last week and she was fantastic. Pretty sure she’s the glue that holds it all together, and residents will tell you she’s their fave part of being there. She’s def the main reason we returned to the building to see it again. Hope her management knows how valuable she is an pays her accordingly. ;)"

"Park Cheesman was a nice place to live while we were house-hunting. I was there about 1 year. The renovations turned out lovely although it was a bit noisy during the process, as expected. The building managers were always responsive when I had any questions or issues. The building is well-kept and I appreciate the amenities. Thanks to the staff for a great experience. Oh- and you can't beat the location and views. A few photos from my balcony there!"
