"I’ve lived at Cortland Cap Hill for over 30 months and the staff has had minimal changes, which is a huge positive. All of the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful in a timely manner. Especially Shaun, Roy, and Richard. In addition, the amenities are consistently clean, especially the gym. I’ve recommended friends to move here and they love it as well!"

Richard and his team (Riley, Shaun, & Roy) were very welcoming and so friendly. The moment you meet Richard you will feel like you have known him forever. "Viewing, applying, and move in were all simple processes. Riley was very helpful and accommodating during the aforementioned. I needed to change my parking space due to the length of my vehicle and Richard had me a list of available spaces to choose from within minutes. The building is nice and so far I have not heard any noise from my neighbors. The apartment is modern/clean and the appliances are new and high quality. I will leave an update on this post in 6 months or so."
