"Great location near light rail station. Steps away from restaurants, bars, and nightlife on South Broadway, Pearl st, etc. Nice apartments with great amenities. Movie theater, gym, and pool to name a few. One major differentiator here to me would be the staff. Each member of the staff is always extremely friendly, communicative, and attentive to the needs of the residents. Maintenance members always handle issues in a timely manor."

"Not worth the price. The inner apartments are fine. The units are bright. There is not much noise through the walls from the neighbors. However, there is a constant construction noise even on Saturdays so good luck relaxing by the pool or by the fire pit. The street to the parking lot is often blocked or closed because of construction. The pool is extremely cold and never heated. The mail delivery is a disaster since the mail and amazon packages can only be delivered during "the office hours" so they end up in random places outside of the building. The key fobs don't work most of the time so might get locked out of the building late at night or "outside of office hours". The key fobs constantly need to be updated so you have the access to pool or bike room. Parking in the garage is pretty expensive but there is no security so there has been multiple car break-ins. Neighbors pay for one car to park and let their 2nd cars or guest cars in to park for free. Carpeted corridors have never been cleaned in 13 months. Every maintenance request or key fob request cost you. There is no security or oversight after hours. The only reason to pay the rental fee they are asking is to rent a luxury apartment but this only has the look of it, it is no way close to it which should include peace of mind and peace. With so many apartment complexes close by, you can find much better deals for much better environment."

"Hanover Station was an incredible apartment complex and the touring experience far exceeded any other apartment tour I’ve had. "I have lived here for almost a year and it’s the best apartment experience I’ve had in my entire life. Everything is very nice in the units. Lots of cabinet space, great looking accents, a huge tub, and love the juliet balcony. The amenities are fantastic. The hallways stay quiet and the residents are all pretty friendly. The staff here is amazing, and the best part of living here. From the leasing office to the maintenance team. The place stays immaculate and everyone is very friendly and accommodating to anything you need. They also have free resident events regularly that are really great. I fully recommend living here.
