"Lydian Management is really bad Bianca lies and Melissa is useless. The management company has been replaced by Cornerstone. I am hopeful that they will be much better. They seemed very organized and reliable when they were showing us other apartments before we rented at 757 Grant."
"Edited 11/14/23: 757 has since been acquired by Cornerstone from when I sent the below review. Thus far, they have been much more communicative and fast with responses. From 2 to 3 stars at this time. Will edit again once call box is fixed! Much happier with CStone thus far. Pros: The location of this building is great-- very central. The buildings maintenance crew are awesome and super responsive! The other tenants seem pretty quiet and keep the shared spaces clean. They didn't raise my rent after being here for a year after my renewal came up. The covered parking has not had any issue with spacing or people parking rudely. Cons: The management company (changed to Tablerock Res) has been pretty awful in communication. I have emailed them in March, April, and in September (after getting fed up with the elevator issue mentioned below) about the call box being unresponsive for letting people in remotely annsed every time the company has completely ghosted me and not given me ANY update on it getting fixed. I have tried mentioning this in emails about other problems and both times the manager Melissa has answered specifically the OTHER problem and pointedly ignored me mentioning the callbox. The company only seemed to be available to communicate when there was a large homeless encampment outside-- with emails filled with rather poor grammar and no one to proofread them. The sole elevator in the building has been broken for several days and they seem to have this as a low priority to get fixed. The package delivery room is nice but delivery drivers seem to all have different opinions on whether they want to use their fobs to drop off packages inside or not (to no fault of the building's management). There is a lot of parking in the basement that is not utilized at all and seems to be wasted (though nearby construction workers can use it). The basement gate opens automatically when you approach which seems like a security risk."
"The management is absolutely terrible. I gave a notice to vacate, no responses from anybody there. You cannot get anotbody on the phone. Not even sure how to go about moving out. I don’t recommend living here, the manager will never answer you."
"I wouldn’t recommend living here. The location is convenient, but the new building management isn’t helpful at all. Building issues are mostly ignored, and when things in the common areas are broken or not working properly, the management doesn’t do much. Packages are stolen a lot, and there’s no secure package system that actually consistently works. The apts are cheaply made and overpriced. You could do better in the neighborhood."
