Recently I had a tricky situation with a neighbor below me who was not respecting other neighbors, mainly noise.. that situation has been resolved thanks to Roger Villagomez. Beyond grateful! He was professional but empathetic."

Roger helps everyone and Rob fixes things fast. This complex is small and that's what I was looking for. The I-25 is so close and makes the commute a breeze."

"I am a resident here and just renewed my contract again. The manager is so nice and he is always helping tenants with any concerns. The maintenance people are also friendly and professional. "I Love living here! Management and office staff are always very happy to help with any questions or issues and maintenance is always there super fast when anything needs to be repaired. The location is also perfect for all my needs, I rarely use my car with so much being within walking distance."

"If I could leave -10 stars I would. Most apartment reviews get a bad rap but this place, believe every single 1 star review you read. There is ALWAYS something wrong whether its with our door system, packages, junk being left in the parking spots which we pay $50+ just for a parking pass even though its not covered parking or designated parking. Our apartment is supposed to be renovated but there’s no microwave, no central ac, the AC we do have only cools down the living room and not the rest of the apartment. Towel rod broke, maintenance came to “fix” it and then it broke immediately again so we just didnt bother fixing it again. Why have a towel rod that can’t even hold one towel. Left side of the stove handle broke off and my boyfriend just fixed it himself because maintenance wasn’t coming at all to fix it. We get charged an extra $50 to pay rent online which is RIDICULOUS. We have to pay for a ridiculous mail delivery service that no resident wants to or even uses yet we still have to pay for it every month. The front door got smashed up and all they did to fix it was put duct tape over the shattered glass, its still like that. We had a key fob machine be installed to the front and back door but the code entry box on the front door does not work so if you forget your keys you’re just completely locked out of the apartment building. Not to mention the fob system in general is very janky. Lastly, a whole bunch of JUNK just gets left in the back parking spots that we pay for and there’s not a whole lot of parking in the back to begin with. Cannot wait to move out! I would like to also say that I have nothing against the staff here just the Company that owns this property, do better."
