"I love living here at Park Point. Ali and Molly are awesome property managers. They both have great customer service and are empathetic towards my issues and have resolved them quickly. Great apartments ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing staff! Highly recommended!"
"awesome place to live if you don't mind broken appliances, roaches, vomit in the hallway for days, overflowing trash, stolen appliances, rude staff, and paper thin walls. Your packages will get stolen, don't let the lockers fool you. i thought i was the only one who had experienced severe plumbing problems here, but now i know from other reviews that this is just typical of the collective. i'm begging anyone reading this - do NOT move here. i know all apartments suck, but this one sucks way more than most."
"I’ve had the worst experience here! The manager, Ali Langworthy, can’t return phone calls let alone emails. I’ve been out for 60 days and still have yet to receive my deposit. Corporate won’t answer back! Don’t rent here it’s nothing but chaos every time I’ve spoken with any member that works for park point and infinity flats. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
"I would advise against this establishment unless you have no other resorts. Please take a look at these photos and think about paying 11500+ to live here. Probably not the best idea. Unfortunately I did not review the place before moving in..however, I was let out of my lease because my unit was INFESTED with COCKROACHES! How disgusting. I am disappointed and even appalled at the management. They were lagging and late to address my concerns. Apparently cleanliness, safety, and general order is not important to GLENDALE COLLECTIVE landlords. Please consider other options when looking for housing in Denver. Waking up to roaches in my bed was NOT GREAT. Furthermore, the police show up at least once a week to dispute domestic arguments. What a complete waste of money. I hope the management acknowledges these issues and takes actions. I also hope they feel ashamed to be landlords of such a filthy place."
"Absolutely terrible. Management is a joke. When first speaking to one of the leasing agents, there were no empty units available for her to show me. No big deal, since there are pictures. Well she showed me the wrong pictures apparently because my apartment looked nothing like what I was shown. I was promised that my unit had a dishwasher because "all units with balconies have them" but that was a lie. I tried talking to the manager, Jodi, but she was conveniently always on a conference call when I tried. So I paid for amenities that I did not have. There is also very little parking available. I parked in what appeared to be a spot because there are yellow lines surrounding it and no signs saying otherwise, and my car was towed! I had to pay $200+ to get it from Wyatt's. I tried speaking to management about it, and guess who was on a conference call all 3 times I went? Yup, Jodi. The leasing agent's solution was for me to park several blocks away in another one of the Collective Glendale building's lot. No? I pay to park my vehicle at Park Point, not several blocks away. Next, the laundry machines are always broken. I went over to the laundromat almost every week because Park Point had one functioning washer and dryer out of 8. I obviously did not renew my lease because of the terrible experience I had. After moving out, not only did they not give my back my deposit, but tried charging me $400+ for new carpet and paint. The only area in the apartment with carpet is the bedroom, and it did not need to be replaced. A good cleaning would have done the job, and that should be standard between tenants. A new coat of paint should also be standard between tenants, and should not be paid for by the previous tenant. There were no damages and these charges are absurd. I strongly recommend against Park Point or anywhere else that is a part of Collective Glendale. Beware of this place!"
