"As soon as Avanti purchased the property, all has gone downhill. Property is dirty and unmaintained. The staff are rude and not helpful. Eager to leave this property."
"Avanti is absolute trash. I have been in contact with them regarding a refund they owed me since June and now it’s August and they just came up with a story of how I got credited when I never saw a a single discount on any of my rent or bill payments they just straight took my money and never returned it."
"Had the pleasure of speaking with Brenda G. at Avanti Corporate today. She displayed a remarkable level of professionalism and expertise while seemingly being genuinely interested in addressing my concern. Her adept handling of my inquiry and prompt resolution of my concern far surpassed my expectations. Her clear communication and patient demeanor made the entire interaction a seamless and positive experience. This level of service not only reflects positively on the individual, but also on the companies dedication to delivering top notch support. I am thoroughly impressed and would not hesitate to recommend this company based on this outstanding customer service encounter!"
"Terrible. This is the worst apartment living situation I have ever been in. They try to charge any extra money wherever they can. I have paid my rent with receipts and proof for every single month and they still say there’s a missing payment from the “ months in question” but can’t even identify where the payment is missing or what it is for. The communication and response to any complaints is non existent. I have to call the leasing office multiple times a day for multiple days a week before I can get anyone to answer. The leasing manager, Kevin finch, is never at the office even during regular office hours. He refuses to communicate with us. He also has literally lost rent payments that we have given to him. He skips meetings that we schedule with him just to go ski!I have gone to the office for scheduled meetings with the leasing manager many many times and he won’t even show up at all. This has seriously been one of the worst and most careless experiences by an apartment that I’ve ever experienced. Avanti residential gets 2 thumbs all the way down. If you care about your mental health, don’t lease with Avanti!"
"Worst management company I've ever experienced. Since taking over Highlands Lodge, break-ins and theft have increased with no attempt to inform the residents or mitigate risk. I watched their hired "security" vehicle one night, took him 21 seconds to patrol the property and didn't even drive passed the entrance door. All the outsourced "luxury amenities" have made the most basic components of living more difficult. Their local staff is intentionally incompetent and non-responsive to concerns. The bulletin board where residents can communicate on rentcafe is monitored and filtered as not to "startle the residents". Cameras are evidently unable to be reviewed since the staff doesn't feel it's necessary to help their residents when car thefts and vandalism occur. Residents can't receive packages without outsourcing to Fetch, a terrible company who must've saved them a couple bucks over Luxer because they contracted with them despite their terrible reviews, including a terrible rating on BBB. If the management would listen to their residents they would know the system isnt working, instead we are left to track down packages on our own. Staff is moving USPS packages to the locked Luxer room where new residents since June of 2022 have no access. If you're not accepting packages on my behalf then why are packages USPS delivers to the mailroom being handled and moved by staff? Three lost packages in 2 weeks and that's just me. Receiving packages where we live is the most basic amenity we could ask for and yet "LUXURY LIVING" can't seem to get that right or listen to the concerns of their residents. They can't keep staff for any amount of time likely due to the absolute terrible management. The turnover makes everyone sitting in the office unaware of anything that's going on and clearly their training is non existent or done so poorly they have no idea how to handle or address concerns, let alone answer a question competently. We have discussed this with many current residents and those who have left and everyone feels similar about the new management. With many other options available, one would think the company would take notice to their resident's concerns."
