"Remember this line in some song? "Okay so you got a pretty face but the rest of you is out of place...". I say this because they recently did renovations here but they were only for cosmetics. For instance they put new lighting fixtures in the bathroom. However the only person it benefits is the property owner because the wattage is really low and the light fixture is designed to last 10 years without any maintenance issues. That's great for keeping the cost down and everything, but the lights are so dim that I end up cutting myself shaving all the time. If this keeps up I'll be heading towards the emergency room soon and looking like mince meat. Haha. Another cost cutting measure is that they installed aerators in the bathroom faucet so as not to waste water. Yeah that's great for saving the property owner money because the residents don't pay for the water bill. He/she does. But there's hardly any water pressure so I can't clean my toothbrush and stuff very well. There are many others but I will only give you one more because I don't want to bore you to death complaining. They have nice looking replacement cabinets. But they are hollow and have thick dividers. Now I can't store as much stuff as I had before even though there's more cabinetry. Say what? The renovations were only done to sell it to a new investor and to appeal to the newcomers. But boy are they in for a surprise. Let me out of here."

"The building is finishing up a total renovation with brand new everything as well as upgraded. Plenty of storage now. They did a good job cleaning up each unit to the fullest extent and more where needed. Easy to keep up the cleaning now. Enclosed giant dog park not just a dog run but a giant field out back with 2 poop bag stations. Hand sanitizer stands on every floor lobby. Maintenance is very quick to respond and repair."

"It is being managed by a company that steals from the owner, also not doing much up keep of the building. It's infested with bed bugs, and roaches. Also the drug dealing, prostitution ,gang members that they are moving in are making it so it's not safe to leave or stay in the apartment any time of day. It's full of drugs drunks and thugs. I would be afraid for family members to come over. Please don't rent here if you value your safety. The new Manager is very abusive to the tenants that are heterosexual, and will go out of her way to punish any tenant that stands up for their rights. To the point of lies about the tenants, and consistent threats of eviction, Even to the point of illegal evictions long after the tenant has moved out."

"The building has great potential and was once a model building for section 8 housing...but it is currently being managed by slumlords (Kier Property Management (based in Utah)). Management puts money ahead of the welfare and safety of residents, and takes shortcuts to address building problems temporarily (only making the problem worse later on), and the building is deteriorating before my eyes. Elevators are broken down once a week....hall carpets have not been replaced in over 15 years, cracks in the structure, landscaping is laughable, fencing around building rotted and falling down. Advised not to rent here if Kier is still in charge."
