"If I could give it no stars, I would've. Poor conditions. Had bed bugs when I signed my lease but the owner and management company FAILED TO INFORM ME OF ANY OF THAT, until after I signed a lease. Conditions are outdated, units and building are not very well maintained. Property management charges tenants for everything that they should be maintaining to begin with. Property management constantly hassles about spraying and coming into your units for so-called 'regular inspections' but seriously, every 3 MONTHS!?? Then haggling me about having to spray the unit when that should have been done prior to me moving in. This was not even a month an a half into the lease, if that. Then they advised me they would charge me for all of this!? I work graveyard and go to college, just relocated from Nevada and can't believe this is how things are for the locals out here. It's a shame. As a new resident, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone right now or in the future. Has to be the worst Property Management Company out here! Right now they are not running Air Conditioning for any of their Tenants at the Kimberly Apartments. It has been over a week and the building is practically sitting in the sun baking away. When asked no one responds professionally or knows what's going on. State Law states, "Tenant rights state that they may exercise their right to habitable housing whenever they consider it appropriate; this includes asking for utilities in good condition, getting repairs in a reasonable amount of time, and collecting their security deposit once they leave the premises. Having been refused these habitable housing requirements I will be filling for my security deposit back as well as the months I am without appropriate Cooling and utilities. Having put in multiple requests now, it is best to just retain counsel and let them deal with these problems. I suggest everyone at the Kimberly Apartments do the same. It has been a week now we have been without Air Conditioning. Copying and Pasting on the Kimberly Apartments Reviews as well. Stay smart, protect yourselves. It's too HOT OUT HERE to be letting these property management people get away with keeping us in this heat when our rent is supposed to include appropriate UTILITIES. It is included in our rental agreements! Period. They are not maintaining the terms of our leases."
