"The Edit is a dream come true. This apartment complex is luxury at its finest. With an amazing staff, amenities, events, and community, you should choose The Edit as your next home. By far the best apartment complex in the city. The views are incredible! Overall 11/10 - loved every minute of living here!"
"We loved living here for 2 years as we got introduced to Denver. Centrally located in RiNo we could walk or scooter almost anywhere in the area. The office staff (Hi Kat!) and the maintenance staff are friendly and always helpful. We had an amazing view and the amenities in the building are great for grilling, working from home, or letting your dog off leash in the morning on their dog run. We will miss living here!"
"If you're looking for stress free and comfortable living, Edit at River North is the spot! I lived here for 1 year and loved it. The management team is phenomenal! From start to finish dealing with Rachel, Kat and Gretchen was a breeze. Any issues were quickly resolved. Maintenance requests are easy to submit and work is completed to a high standard. lots of communication about events and building info. The building is a solid concrete construction so noise isn't an issue, I never herd my neighbors once. A/C and heat is individually controlled in unit for your liking. Amenities are top notch and well maintained. Gym is very well equipped and never gets busy. As an airport worker I used the A line train to DEN airport on a regular basis. It's an easy 5 min walk to the 38th and Blake station (even in the snow). Edit's also super close to all the bars and restaurants in RiNo. Overall a great experience! Highly recommended!"
"I wish I could give this place 6 stars! I lived in Edit for the first two years it was open (2021-2023) and while I'm usually not into apartment living, this place was WAY different -- the management team was always helpful and friendly, service requests were completed quickly, and the building itself was in great shape. The rooftop has awesome views of the mountains, the business center was perfect for working remote, and the gym is surprisingly big and has pretty much everything you need -- squat racks, cable machines, dumbbells, treadmills, etc. And while I was only able to enjoy Radiator on the ground floor for a few weeks before I moved out, that's definitely an added perk when you want to grab a quick bite or coffee. As anyone apartment hunting in Denver knows, there are a lot of poorly-built apartments in town with cardboard thin walls, cheap appliances, and management that feels "corporate-y". This place is NOT one of those! I ended my lease because I moved out of state, but if I were still in Denver I would 100% still be living here."
"I've lived in multiple other buildings in the Denver area and this is by far the best one. The leasing office communicates regularly and is very personable. It is always a joy to see them inside and outside of the building. The package system is secure and if you have any trouble there is always someone who can help. The other residents are very kind and gracious. The common spaces are always clean and inviting. My initial concern was that it felt like a "hotel" but the building has become my home. I am always happy to share the space with friends and family. The only downfalls are the nearby construction which can be very noisy during the day and the neighborhood parking, which can be tricky when there are events in RiNo. Overall, I love the building and the community and I think anyone would be happy to call this place home."
