"I've lived here for 9 years going on 10 years we just got new management and I have seen so much h improvement on the property the new staff is amazing, maintenance is also getting things done in a timely manner. I lived in the building that was on fire and the staff was amazing taking care of me. Thank upu all so much!!"

"Now we have management that cares but still we have people in the billding where I live that have durgees in them but they did get rid of one now it is another apartment the people from the apartment that was cleaned out has moved to another apartment. These people are out of control. They use the storage rooms for durgs and people's properties has been broken into. I ask that the management calls me and makes a time to meet. Some are still safe."

"It's a romper room with police having to come in here daily and management doesn't stand up for the people who pay full rent here let alone address issues in the proper manner we have had one home invasion several confrontations with a guy living here smoking out the parking lot after he sprays eather in his truck to get it started and oil is all over the parking spot where he parks the apartments getting smoke in there apartments and those with asthma can't breath . But been complaining for over 3 yrs on this guy and nothing was done about the home invasion let alone with this guy yesterday this guy threatening me my husband and one of our neighbors who he got in her face yesterday I have called on this guy several times and until office steps up and handles it it's not safe to live here I know what it's like living in my car on the street and it was a lot safer then it is here to stay these days."

"If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Constant drama. Non stop fighting during all hours of the night. Trash everywhere. Toys everywhere. It's disgusting and you have no peace living in the back. They do not enforce any rules in the back of the apartments!!! Out of sight, out of mind. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! ***NOT TO MENTION they let tenants dogs poop all over their porch so the second you head to your car all you smell is poop. It's absolutely disgusting***"

"I've lived here since January 2019.The neighbors aren't always the best but management tries hard and it shows. We have cook outs in the summer n Santa comes in the winter and im sure other apartments arent doing that for the kids! Brianna n Sloan are always on top of paperwork n work orders! They even have events to help with other financial burdens anyone may have. Maintenance is always timely they don't fix things like my dad would but it gets done lol the new kid is amazing! Whenever I've had an issue it's always taken care of promptly weather it be maitance or management! As long as u pay ur rent and show integrity n respect for ur neighbors it's a good place to live! School district is close!"
