"Lived here 2021-2024. Love my 1 bedroom unit as it was spacious and had nice, updated appliances, big walk-in closet and large bathroom. The neighborhood is a bit rough but the parking garage was super secure and I never had any issues with break ins or security. The rooftop is great with both city and mountain views. Overall, had a great experience at Point 21."
"First off, this place is an absolute nightmare to move in and out of. (Homeless people will literally steal your stuff off your vehicle so you have to have an extra person so sit outside and watch all your stuff) we also had to pay to park in front of the building so it cost us about an extra 20$ to move out in parking meters. There is literally no good place to park to move in / out. Please note that there are no cameras on the outside of the building, just one inside the lobby......... The floors and walls literally vibrate. I have no clue why, but it was constant and very uncomfortable. -regular shootings and stabbing in the area The 125$ per garage spot is expensive, especially when the garage door breaks as often as it does. When it does, the homeless come into the garage. There is so much in the actual apartment that is broken from the toilet, always running to the kitchen sink dripping all over the counter and floor. When we moved in, our fridge was broken for about 2 weeks before it got fixed. The hot water heater was and still is broken - dripped and clicks itself off. there have been so many other problems - the cops don't show up for hours or even days. - extremely inconsiderate neighbors - trash is always building up. Most of the time, people would just throw their trash in the trash chute room, and the smell is so so bad - crime within the building. Someone stole the common room computer, we were never updated about the theft, and it still hasn't been replaced. Someone also vandalized the elevator to the point that it was broken for days. We also were never updated about who, if anything, was done about the vandalism, just was told it was fixed. This all made me extremely uncomfortable since it was happening within the building, and we were never updated. -8 of the local restaurants shut down in less than a year of living here. You maybe have 4 places left to eat dinner In the winter, the fire alarms go off regularly. The amenities like the pool were broken all the time The elevators are broken so often its about (once a month some times twice a month), plus they allow people to rent the elevator for moving it usually happens during peak hours. Peak hours are also a nightmare to get up and down stairs. This is an elevator building. My account never got properly activated, so I couldn't send maintenance requests or pay rent. Everything has to be done through my partners account. Even when I tried to fix it, it wouldn't A month before we turned in our keys, the maintenance person tried to enter the apartment to do after moved out maintenance or something. He seemed impaired, and it was terrifying due to the fact I was asleep on my couch This is a non-smoking building, so when I woke up to my patio furniture being covered in ash and butts (that ruined my patio cushions), i complained to the front office. They sent an email to the tenants above us and told me there was nothing they could do about the damage. The smell lingered until we just had to get rid of the furniture and outdoor carpet. It was totally unacceptable. I just wanted to point out that these are just some of the issues we encountered in our stay, and we ended up moving out 3 weeks early."
"My boyfriend and I spent just about 4 years at Point 21. Throughout our experiences, we’ve really enjoyed having our place here. Terrific location to start! Made our work commutes very easy, and the nightlife was exactly what we were looking for. So many fun bars and restaurants to walk to, and the sports scene is great! We did have 3 different leasing companies run the property, which at times was frustrating, but I must say I’ve been the most impressed with the current company (Asset Living). Very supportive staff through and through. From the leasing & community teams to the maintenance team, we haven’t had a more professional or attentive staff. All in all, we’ve been very happy with Point 21, and highly recommend to anyone looking for that downtown Denver lifestyle!"
"I wish i could give this place a 0 star review with the time i had living here. since i lived here there’s been multiple management coming in and out and no one has ever seemed to know what they’re doing. The amenities especially the pool for majority of the time i lived here NEVER worked. Not to mention the garage door would break down and homeless people would get into the garage and camp out. For a place that says their “security” is great clearly doesn’t do a good job whatsoever. Towards the end of my move out nearly all of my appliances fell apart. Now dealing with management they have only reached out to me asking for money when they aren’t giving my deposit back and won’t respond when i ask for the receipt and what charges i’ve been charged with. If you’re looking to live downtown i’d suggest looking elsewhere because this place from start to finish sucks."
"Lived here for about 8 months now and I definitely don’t regret it! I originally found these apartments through my Smart City apartment locator and I’m glad we chose this property. The leasing and maintenance team are always on it, and the assistant manager, Tanner, is always very accommodating with whatever we need. The best location with the best amenities, plus they have lots of benefits for being a resident. Very secure as well."
