"I am a very new tenant and really like the apts & the quiet atmosphere of the building, but I have experienced some very eye raising issues here that warrants noting. I wanted a garage with my apt and when shown the building was told a parking spot was available. Not once did the leasing mgr mention it was compact and compact means just that; small and for certain types of cars.Not once in our conversation did he mention that the parking spot was not an average size spot. So you can imagine my dismay when I went ahead and leased a unit and discovered my SUV would not fit in the spot. To add to that a very large truck is in the spot next to me and he backs in making it literally impossible for me to even get out of my car the spot is so tight and right up against a wall as well.The garage is very small & does not fit too many cars which was a very poor design of the building. So since I could not fit in the spot the leasing manager, Bradley told me for the time being that I could park in the handicapp spot and that I would not be towed. Well a resident did not like that I was parking there so she vandalized my car using permanent marker on my windshield and calling me a "Ho" in her message and if I parked there again I would be towed. A police report was filed but not much happened to her and the apt made me then move and the solution was again the compact spot. Bradley did nothing to come up with any solutions and the creative thing to do was work with other tenants to see what cars could be moved around based on size.But he did nothing and even told me to either park there, not park in garage which left the street where parking is at a premium or get a smaller car. Yet my lease said I get 1 parking space. It was beyond shocking and the one thing I had told him was how important a garage parking spot was to me. I had been in a near fatal car accident 6 years ago and had 8 major surgeries with permanent injuries. So due to this and my own efforts was able to get a handicapp placard and now am parking there. So my experience here so far has been less than steller and if I had to do it all over again would never have moved here. It's been a real disappointment what I have gone through with the garage and the lack of support or resourcefulness and the criminal act of a tenant. I also don't find the other tenants to be friendly at all and there really is no amenities to speak of so for the cost it is not worth it. Look elsewhere as there are a lot better places where you will be respected and treated better."

The unit has all new appliances (including in unit laundry!) and even though the space is small you can tell that it was designed with intention to maximize its usability. Bradley, our property manager, has been so welcoming and responsive through the move in process which has helped make this feel like home quickly!"

There were a lot of areas to work from throughout the building. The units had nice finishes. The location is also amazing. Bradley from the leasing office was very thorough in his tour and answered all of my questions."
