UPS Customer Center

"Currently waiting here now to pick up a package. Drove all the way up from the Springs to be here at 3pm when they say they'll be open and NO ONE here!? Spoke with the guard, who said he'd "call someone" but 30 mins later and still no one here, no note on the door, etc ... Come on UPS, do better!!"

"Can they get any worse? They didn’t deliver my package because they said the address is incorrect, but it’s not. They wanted me to pick it up, but they’re only open from 3pm to 7pm and in order to get in the parking lot you have to give some rent a cop your drivers license number and your license plate number. On top of that, they didn’t open at 3. I had to wait and wasn’t allowed in the building. Rather they come to the door and gather your information like it’s some sort of top secret operation. Big Brother much? In the end, the excuse for why it wasn’t delivered was unknown and they said maybe it was a new driver. They basically blamed it on laziness. The same bad service from UPS in a shiny new building. Sheesh"

"Two days in a row, two separate packages, the delivery driver didn't bother to knock or ring the doorbell. The nice people at customer service tried their best to have someone at this center to get a hold of me, but no one here can be bothered to do their job. I would be mortified if this was my staff. Waiting for a call back for a second day in a row that I'm sure will not come. They need to fire the majority of the people who work at this one and hire people who will actually do ehat is in their job description. It's not that hard to knock or ring the doorbell."

"Was told today that my package is being held here for several days. I was never informed of this and only found out after 6 phone calls to UPS. I would appreciate owners of this store to contact me before my package is returned.. Last 6 of tracking number is 917004"

"Such unprofessionalism! They have ONE job, and they do it poorly at best. Arrived at 5pm yesterday to a customer service center that is supposed to be open from 3 to 7pm. The security guard states that they have no one to man the desk, so just drop the extremely time sensitive mortgage documents in the drop box, a driver will pick it up today. Today I get an email from the recipient, the package is not tracking!!! So, clearly, the driver DID NOT empty the box as promised. This is unforgivable!!"
