"I've had the pleasure of living at City House, and it's not just the amenities or the location that make this place special—it's the people, particularly Elizabeth from the front office. Elizabeth has been nothing short of exceptional in assisting us. Whether it was promptly addressing hot tub issues, effectively managing noise concerns, coordinating maintenance work with efficiency, or facilitating the rental of common spaces for events like the Super Bowl, she's been the epitome of professionalism and kindness. "While I decided to rent with a different complex due to the timing of my move, I cannot give Elizabeth enough praise for my tour experience at City House Apartments. Elizabeth provided an amazing experience and was extremely kind the entire process. The amount of information provided about each unit I toured showed that she really understood the property and took pride in showing others what they have to offer. I didn’t get the opportunity to speak with any of the other staff members but if they’re anywhere close to how awesome Elizabeth was, I’m sure anyone who chooses City House Apartments will be pleased with their choice!"

"While I ultimately decided to go with a different complex because the move in date was not aligning with the unit I wanted, I cannot speak highly enough about their employee Elizabeth. When we toured, she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She knew the ins and outs of every unit and amenity, and made us feel so welcome. I've rarely been wowed by an experience like this and I really appreciate the time, energy, and effort that she put into the tour. Thanks so much, Elizabeth!"

"I’ll start with the one positive. The location is great. Extremely walkable and fun. Now the bad: 1.) The elevators are always broken. Like at least one elevator is down a week. And when they are working, it sounds like the tower of terror and it is going to fall at any moment. I urge them to put up special inspection reports in the elevators to prove they are safe. Or just replace them because repairing isn’t working. 2.) The key cards on the doors are constantly breaking.Sometimes the doors just won’t open at all with your fob and force you to walk around the building and use a door not near your unit. But the default is that they aren’t locked at all and you can just pull the doors open if you pull hard enough. The result is packages being stolen from the package overflow area because there aren’t enough storage lockers and homeless wandering the halls doing drugs. 4.) The panic bars on doors throughout the building are either broken, not there, or don’t open the doors when you press them. Major life safety code violation. 3.) The leasing staff is incompetent. You have to harass them at least five times before they will actually help you with your request three weeks later. 4.) There are large divots in the floors (in the hallways and units) that are big tripping hazards. Sketchy construction. 5.) They advertised a bike repair room which is locked. 6.) The dog wash only has cold water. 7.) They advertised bike storage which is just insecure rusty wall mounted bike racks in the open parking garage. There are only a few bikes on them with rusty bikes whose parts have been dismantled. You’d have to be crazy to lock your bike on these. 8.) Parking garage door is always breaking and is left in the open position until repairs are made making it very eyasy for anyone to wander into the parking garage."

"I’m thrilled to be part of the City House team, and I can’t speak highly enough about my amazing colleagues. The residents have been a joy to work with, and thanks to our new property manager and seasoned assistant property manager, previous concerns raised in reviews are being addressed effectively. The location is fantastic, just a three-minute walk to Union Station, a 15-minute walk to Ball Arena, and another 15-minute walk to Coors Field.
