Centric LoHi by Windsor Apartments

"This place is AWFUL!!! The hallways are littered with trash. The property manager is terrible at responding. The other employees are smug and completely unwilling to help with the concerns of the building. Management does not care about the tenants at all! If you're looking to live here, take a look at the negative reviews before you sign your lease. Response to manager's reply: The lack of clear signage for the parking situation is the needle that broke the camel's back. To give other specific examples of why this place is run terribly: 1) There was cat poop that sat in the hallway for a week without any attention from the manager or custodian to clean it up. 2) The hallways, in general, are constantly littered with trash, dust, and debris, and rarely cleaned (as should be expected from a "luxury" apartment). 3) The elevators break down at least once a month. Additionally, the guest access system has been broken for the last two months. 4) The courtyard common areas including the "dog park" have been under construction and unusable for months with no signs of completely any time soon. 5) If a resident wants to submit a request a concern, the management team takes weeks to respond, dismisses the concern, or doesn't respond at all. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE."
