"Beautiful place and a great location!! Most notably, I cannot say enough good things about the leasing agent, Brett , who helped me and was consistently making sure I felt comfortable with my decision living there. He was professional, helpful, kind and I am really thankful for the interactions with staff like him!"
"New resident to Element 47 and I can say Lydie and Brett have been incredibly welcoming and responsive at every step of the way. My new apartment was made available for measurements and photos before the move in date and they had the apartment cleaned and touched up before move in - It was spotless! A few requests (faucet replacement for one) were taken care of promptly before move in! The neighborhood traffic is very quiet and the close location of I-25 is a great advantage to connect to any part of Denver or DIA quickly. Noise from the freeway is not an issue - it’s more of a white noise and open windows are not a problem! The streets are super quiet compared to my previous location on Zuni in LoHi. The buildings are kept clean and residents are friendly - parking on the street is available and generally there is an open spot or two - the covered garages are tight but doable for most vehicles (recommend Forrester or Rav 4 size max if you are worried about tight parking). Element 47 is a Windsor property and has a good App for maintenance requests and communication. Common areas - gym - common conference and desk areas - are spotless. Gym view is amazing looking out on the city view. Package delivery is secure and you can be added to the call box to let in visitors and delivery people. Lime bikes and scooters are usually close by and access to downtown and Highlands proper is easy with a quick trip north on 23rd over I-25 - walking to REI and My Brother’s Bar is 10 mins and protected by sidewalks Bronco game pregame activities are close by - it does take a little coordination as the Bronco faithful populate the stadium and Bryant street before and after the game but it is really not an issue - during the game you can come and go - just plan a bit for game exit traffic. Target and King Soopers and Public Market are a 5 min drive west to Sloans Lake/Edgewater for heavier shopping - otherwise biking to Whole Foods is a 15 min ride. This is a pet friendly facility and it is fun to see many dogs out for their walk - owners have been great keeping up - Jefferson park borders the complex and is safe to walk around and relax in the park. Finally - I what a treat to be greeted by Lydie and Brett. They truly care for the residents and will go out of their way to help. Photos of Common areas include WFH office spaces available first come first serve and views of downtown from the gym. More good days ahead for the residents of Element 47! Updates as needed :)"
"I did not end up leasing from this Window Property because I was looking for a location what was slightly different. However, the Leasing agent Lydie Lo was incredible!! Seriously I don't write reviews. She was knowledgable and helpful for somebody who is just moving to the city."
"EDIT: After further discussions with Element 47, they were able to find a middle ground and reach a better resolution than initially conveyed. While I will still have to pay a transfer fee, they were able to work with me to find a reasonable solution that will not result in me having to pay thousands of dollars, change my move date, etc. I appreciate the work they did to reach this outcome. Original post: I do not recommend leasing with Windsor properties, especially if attempting to transfer a lease. I was told I could transfer within Windsor properties for no fee. Because I was told this by Windsor properties, I signed a lease, booked movers and scheduled my cross country move. A few days later, they informed me that was not the case and I am on the hook for thousands of dollars in transfer fees. When I tried to communicate with Windsor properties and resolve this amicably, they told me the transfer policy only applies to "in region transfers" and they misunderstood their own policy. They told me they were sorry they misunderstood their policy, but offered no remedy. I would not have signed the lease, engaged movers and planned my cross country move had I been given the correct financial costs before signing the lease. Does this seem fair?"
"This is a great place to live. Wonderful location. My apartment is just what I wanted. If anything ever goes, it isn't surprising when maintenance shows up that day! Problems are solved quickly. The gym facilities are very nice (with an added bonus of a view of Denver city lights). Staff has always been gracious, focused on residents and keeping the buildings a place you want to life and enjoy LoHi. I love it. (So does my dog!)"
