"I don’t live here, though I have had several phone interactions with Jessica the community manager. She has always been beyond helpful when answering any questions I may have and has always been very approachable even if I contact her multiple times within a week for any clarification I may need. My hope is she stays there for a while. My reasoning for giving it 4 stars is the lengthy waitlist. This building is a brand-new acquisition yet their waitlist has ballooned."
